Good one - and well done on finding the Babymetal Reactor Resource. As far as their music videos being what they've created and want you to see - they say themselves that their live performances are the strongest aspect of what they do. The music videos are all very good and well worth watching, but they just give you an idea of what you can expect to see and hear when you go to see them live.
⚡ 💕 / ☀ They're just lucky Su didn't ask them to form a tesseract. The crowd would still be stuck in the fourth dimension. : ) The drums and guitars are more forward live than in the studio track, and the synth is lower in the mix. That makes it much better IMO. And of course the live Kami Band turn it all up to eleven. Starting with the 2019 tour, they often use the visuals from the 'Distortion' music video on the background screen behind them in concert. Like at this performance. It looks really cool. Plus this song has great "Kawaii Metal" lyrics like "You should kill the hypocrites". : )
If anyone has doubts about Su-Metal being Goddess just has to watch the breakdown. Only a Deity can form spiral galaxies with a twirl of the finger 🔥👸🏻🔥
incredible! this is one of my favorites on their latest album. i love suzuka's voice a lot on this song, as well as the heavy fast drums and the fast guitar riffs. i also love how this song sounds and looks when it's performed live!
The name of the song is 'Distortion', but Su-'s vocals do penetrate the space. Hey hey hey, the Queen has ordered us doing circle pits, lol. Thank you from Japan!
Good job with your first real live performance :) Thanks! I would definitely do whatever General Su-metal ask me to do, without hesitation! And yes, those drums are incredibly good and I love them. Until next time!
Su going full Metal Goddess and that's official Su was named Metal Goddess 2 yesrs in a row while still in her teens . I suppose she stopped getting nominated to give someone else a chance to win it 🤔 🤣 . I prefer the live because you hear Su's vocals for how they really are not what someone in a studio wants them to sound like and of cause the live performance which even in a smaller venues is awesome ❤❤❤🤘🦊🤘
For music Videos, you should watch Megitsune and Karate. Their official music videos are wonderfully done. Then of course check out the Live of those too. Moa's birthday was July 4th. If you want to do a special belated birthday reaction, check that same list you used here and look for Headbanger Legend M. It's a special version specifically for Moa's 20th bday. From that same show there is also a special performance of Shine with just Su and Moa that is probably one of the most beautiful performances ever. 🤘🦊🤘
if you wanna see how young they were when they first started this, watch the video for Doki Doki Morning. it's the first song they did as BABYMETAL, but they've been performing for even longer than that. these girls (well, women now but still) have been stage generals since they were like 8 years old.
There are several different techniques that metal drummers use to get the extreme speed they achieve. They use a double bass drum set up with two foot pedals, and they use one of several foot techniques, the most common of which are "heel-toe" or "swivel heel". You can look up videos on youtube about how these techniques are done. The drummer for the Kami Band of the West, Anthony Barone, is known for his extreme speed.
Su-Metals a total Metal Goddess. Suzuka Nakamoto by all accounts is sweet and somewhat goofy. Babymetal is simp,y the shit. You need to spread your wings into J-Metal it is in my opinion the best in the world rig ht now. There are loads and I mean loads of all female and female vocalist bands. A rising group right now is Nemophila who just last week played a sold out show at the Whiskey innHollywood, 1st gig outside Japan. A good starting g point is their new video of Adabana

The Kamis have said they are forced to max out the live performances to match the energy of the girls(young women)👊🏽⚡️

Our queen SuMetal is commanding a circle pit, let's go! 🏃♂️
Ouch! I hit the table, still love my queen 🤕🤘❤️

Good reaction. I kind of feel that with Metal Galaxy, the album this song is on, they are leaving behind the cute aspect and embracing maturity.
That is exactly what this felt like. I def enjoy the cuteness of it!
Let's go! You officially rock! Thanks for your reaction to this hella of a banger song and MoaMetal birthday salute 🦊🤘🔥
Su's straight voice can get a crowd fired up, and her magic finger can manipulate a crowd.
The name of the song is 'Distortion', but Su-'s vocals do penetrate the space. Hey hey hey, the Queen has ordered us doing circle pits, lol. Thank you from Japan!

I subscribed just because of the pointy sound effects in the beginning. XD 🤘🦊🤘
FINALLY! lol!!!
Su:Distorted body shouts
Mattables: it is such a cute song 🥰

Background and release:-
On February 27, 2018, Babymetal announced their upcoming tour, the Babymetal World Tour 2018. On April 1, 2018, Babymetal uploaded a teaser for Metal Resistance Episode VII, titled "The Revelation", which hinted the presence of a dark side composed of "seven metal spirits". The spirits mentioned were seen in the music video for "Distortion" uploaded on May 7, 2018, representing the Apocrypha of Babymetal, and the song was distributed to the iTunes Store, Apple Music, Spotify, and other music distribution services the following day. It was the band‘s first release since the death of Kami Band guitarist Mikio Fujioka on January 5, 2018.
On September 28, 2018, Babymetal announced a 12" vinyl single that would be released worldwide on Record Store Day on November 23, 2018. The single included a live performance of the song at Download Festival as a B-side, and a Japanese limited edition included a jacket cover different from that released in other regions.
Moametal favors the beginning of the song for "lifting [her] up", as well as the interlude for providing a call and response with the audience.
The song was re-released as part of the band's album Metal Galaxy with additional vocals from Arch Enemy frontwoman Alissa White-Gluz.

Well done. The MV for this isn't all that great. Maybe skip a reaction to it, but check it out on your own.
