Do planche lean and pseudo push ups 3 times every week. Eat well and sleep well. You will see some progress in a few months. Just stay consistent and dont rush. İf u cant do a pseudo push up then master the normal push up and then u can try to do a pseudo push up. But if u already can, just do a pseudo push up.
