I just made some “impossible lasagna pie”… I wish I had seen your version 1st, as mine was already baking by the time I saw this. Next time I’m definitely using the sausage as well as the cheese on top. Thank you Papa G!
Papa G, you've saved the day. I've been craving pasta so badly, but didn't want to mess myself up by having it. This delicious-looking pie will satisfy my craving---and I'll get to have it for several meals since I live alone and cook only for myself. I can hardly wait until Wednesday when I'll make it!
Oh yum! I’ve been wanting to try the impossible pies and hoping Carbquick was the answer! There are so many that can convert to low carb this way, like pumpkin, taco, coconut cream……. Thank you!
I never could like the taste of Carbquik...so I threw away 2 boxes...but you might like the taste...now I make and use Victoria's Keto flour from her channel. Love your recipes.
Papa G, you seem dedicated to making delicious, healthy, low-carb dishes. And i greatly appreciate how much you make from scratch. That being said, that carb quick product is loaded with seed oils. If you aren't aware of the problems with seed oils, please look into it. They are toxic byproducts that are not safe for human consumption, and they have to be deodorized before they are bottled so that consumers won't smell or taste that they are rancid.
Hi Marvella! As with any standard lasagna we're creating layers. As for the cheese on the bottom... not only is it a layer, but the moisture from the oil and ricotta help it not to stick if any batter sinks to the bottom. Hope this helps ❤
