    Suggestion: I made photocopies of the habit tracker so I can paste one down onto the dashboard. I then covered the original habit tracker at the back of the weeklies with lined paper so I could journal about how the month went for me.

      I LOVE that idea- photo copying is genius! I don’t have access to a copier but I could work around via taking a picture and printing that! THANK YOU!

    Thank you so much!!!! Definitely checking it out. I've started taking a new med every morning so I'm wanting to track how it affects my appetite. With that, also tracking water, supplements, movement (with fitness icons), and weight. Still a work in progress! Keep the videos coming! Great motivation!

    I love the share. And I do a bible study that is 5 day, so on the 2 days can catch up if I need. I don’t feel overwhelmed. You can also see if you can listen to it in the car while you’re driving Esther.

    Thanks for to "just write it down"! I've done Weight Watchers off and on over the years. When the pandemic hit I stopped and gradually the weight has come back because I didn't "just write it down"! There is something about writing it rather than tracking on an app that helps me! I'm seeing it, I'm thinking about it as I write, and it's there holding me accountable all week. I really need to get back to that habit - among others! Thanks for the encouragement! Continuing to pray as you continue this "new" journey!!!

    Thank you for sharing, this was so interesting to see. Perhaps the last page with the habit tracker could be taped edge to edge with the second to last weekly page which would allow you to see it when that page is laying open and the edges are together, but you could also fold it over and see the final week on the back of the habit tracker when needed. Hopefully that makes sense.
