Hard Line Update 5

Change notes:
1) The Player can now press B or Y to yell out commands to the enemy. The enemy has a 75% chance of complying.
2) Bullets now fly faster and don't glitch through walls.
3) Adjusted rifle grip rotation to make it more pleasant to hold.
4) Reduced the time it takes the enemy to begin their investigation, after the player disappear.
5) few other minor bug fixes.
