Why have you done the upper and lower portion for sandfilling portion. Cant we simply use perform 0.35*0.35*0.3?
And also in the PCC for RCC part dont we have to calculate for plinth beam excluding intersection of column ? Could you pls help me with this ...would be highly obliged🙂

Since the sand filing is coniciding the two different width of the wall section we need to do in two portion.If the sand filling had coincide only one layer then your answer would be correct.
