rcc will need steel for columns and beams in addition to lintels and flooring. Load bearing will need it only for the flooring and lintels

Hi great video.....for g+2 residential rental building.... using weinerberger load bearing bricks ...do we require RCC structure??. I am thinking of how to reduce cost .... also ...planning for foundation with RCC and no pillars ....has weinerberger markets no RCC required if we use laod bearing bricks....please clarity..thanks

For weinerberger load bearing bricks u wouldn't need RCC structure.. u can reduce the cost of construction at least by 30% compared to RCC...
