I loved it! In fact, I'm a UA-cam loyalist with increasing ADHD, meaning I watch a video for seconds, pause it, go to another video, pause it, rinse it, and repeat it more and more. It's maddening! Your channel is the first in (a long time) for me where I actually watched 2 of your videos FROM START TO FINISH WITHOUT INTERRUPTION! Your advice is spot-on and engaging. I look forward to following you and learning from you.

Amazing video with valuable tips and insights on how to succeed on any social media platform and make decent income. You never disappoint with your content, and I can't wait to apply these strategies (and a bit of Famester as well), and see massive growth on my social media accounts. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
wow, I'm a video editor and animator and today I took about an hour to just conceptualize where I think content is going. You basically put into words everything I've been thinking. I couldn't agree more: AI is already taking some SDR roles (sales) and outbound has become so spammy that it just doesn't work that well anymore (at least not as well as it used to, especially in tech). I think organic social around creators is going to be the competitive advantage, maybe even for massive enterprise companies, though legacy brands will be hesitant to adapt.
Banger video man. Really great perspective, It’s tough to not want to branch out to new topics. I thought you deleted other videos until I realized this is a separate channel. I guess that’s the move if you don’t want to upset the algorithm
Here's a tip for content creators :- You should start dubbing your videos in different languages, it will break the language barrier and you can reach a global audience which will give major ad revenue and you will grow much faster.
@zaqwerty22 see this is needs to be Researched carefully, both options have their pros and cons In my suggestion, You can start with a single channel and add language dubbing as you grow. As your audience expands and you have more resources, you can consider creating separate language-specific channels for a more focused approach. But this highly depends on your target audience, niche, category, UA-cam Algorithm, etc. SO DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST.
I plan to start my UA-cam channel but I am struggling to decide if I should use English or Mandarin. Do you suggest that I should create two different UA-cam channels and post same content in two different languages ?

the "for you page" format isn't because of tiktok. it's because these companies realized the subscriber format gave individuals too much power to generate money without them getting any (via sponsorships, endorsement deals, direct product sales, etc)

Thank you so much for making this video. As I’ve been trying to have several different niches, and I have seen that it is not working at all. So I’m going to stick to one niche. Thank you 🙏🏻
I want to start a mini series soon. I feel that social media is becoming a small media hub for every creator and each can become their own TV series :)
Great video. This type of video is a big deal. After all, what could be more important than knowing ❤what is around the corner? …especially in the digital world. Make more please.
This video was so helpful!! I have been making UA-cam videos for almost 14 years and things have definitely changed. My variety content isn’t getting as many. Maybe time to niche down a little.
12:22 - And with the rise of AI content, we gotta look out for AI driven algorithms too! Rather than each user being shown a different piece of content all together, users are being shown the same piece of content but with differing opinions and top comments. This means that algorithms are exploiting individual bias and show users a version they know you want to see in order to keep you hooked. So although we may see the same content, we still aren't experiencing it the same.
Regarding the "Variety shows to TV Networks" shift, I noticed you practice what you preach with multiple Instagram accounts to cater to different audiences. I've resisted this vehemently on Instagram, but I've noticed it seems to be the way to go.
Doubling down in one niche makes sense. However, we are travel creators so we go from country to country making content. This means our audience changes with each new country. We can have one video get 500k views and then we move to the next country and the video will get 20K views. This is very noticeable this year and we are not growing as fast. Can you give us any recommendations on the best strategy for travel creators. Thanks 🙏🏼
This is a lot of fun.....I like the excitement. I was saying pass ...pass on two...pass on three....you get the idea. But then....When you mentioned short form tied to a product I realized my videos stink because I bury my best elements deep in the video. I had thought of a best of just for myself. Today I realized that all my best of could be the short form you describe...only not to draw traffic but to market products. A second channel? Hmmm
Great question! I have two niches right now (tech & AI) and then (content/marketing). On shorts, I do tech & AI and then on long-form/newsletter, I do content/marketing. I would recommend you pick one of the 3 niches, even if it feels too small, and build out a channel specifically for that niche. Eventually, as they gets bigger and becomes profitable, if you want to restart and build a second channel for the second niche, you should do that. Having more than one niche per channel is the fastest way to grow slow (I learned the hard way)
This advice about consistency of content doesn't match the data I saw after scraping the most popular videos and analysing over a bunch of channels from multiple niches and their view velocities. If the algorithm worked based off consistency, then outlier videos would not exist and you wouldn't ever see those golden nugget videos you find on your recommended feed from some tiny creator, but the video has millions of views. People never did "variety". Most channels all operate within a niche, not because it's what the algorithm wants, but because it's the most efficient way to create content for them. If you have the same assets and templates for editing, it's easy to reuse them over and over again to make the same style of videos, if the same styles work. But there are many channels that don't have a defined niche or a changing niche. Most streamer creators like Ludwig, Kai, speed, etc, do not make the same videos over and over again. And despite that, they attract millions of views, because their videos are interesting, funny and engaging.
Those channels that you were referring to (kai, ludwig, speed,...) that uploads variety/assorted,/different contents/niche/topics, they are streamers! Common denominator - STREAMS. Ergo, the consistency of content is that their uploads is about their streams (regardless of the topic).
I now have four streams of income: investing in real estate, consulting and coaching new business owners, affiliate marketing in diverse areas, and a lead generation agency where I rent out 30 websites to plumbers for $1,000 a month!

appreciate you. The secret is that I have the SM7B running through a Rodecaster Pro II (you don't need this model but I find the preamps are buttery), and then I'm recording directly into Logic and I have a vocal chain that the audio runs through.
The vocal chain is:
- EQ (Stock Logic One)...I cut the lows pretty hard at 70 HZ and boost a top shelf at 5400 Hz and up. Also slight reductive drops where the frequencies honk with my voice
- Second EQ (Stock Logic One)...3.7db bump at 3720 Hz (.93 is the width of the curve)
- Compressor (Stock Logic One)...Threshold -20, ratio 2, knee .7, attack 15, release 50
It's simple, but the EQ both boosts the highs (makes it sparkle), cuts the lows (gets rid of the boomy tone), and then reduces bad frequencies in my voice
I had the shure for a while and could never get it to sound good. Was using standard cloudlifter setup into the Focusrite 2i2...still sounded bad. The Rodecaster preamps make it sound so much better on my voice

Thanks 🙏🏼
I really enjoy all the tips yu pass on 💪🏽
How much value can you provide ?
Kallaway : Yes
Bro i learned a lot from this video can't wait for more !!!
Such a goldmine content that don't feel like sharing this to other...
Same hahahaha 🔐
I was literally thinking the same thing. Wow
Could you make a video about starting the group and community. How to do it and what not to do.
Thanks to the AI Algo, to See this hand crafted human content 😂❤
Subscribed for exactly this type of video! so much value, thank you so much
This is a lot of fun.....I like the excitement.
Hmmm
Please make a video on the strategy of content for businesses!
Incredible opening script 🤙🏼🔥
appreciate you 🫡
@ just binged all your videos. Sending all my best vibes for the algorithm your way. 🫡
I am glad I found this channel. Gold! Subbed.
Same boat😅
as someone with ~3 niches what advice do you have for hammering down to the one topic single audience like you mentioned?
Great question! I have two niches right now (tech & AI) and then (content/marketing). On shorts, I do tech & AI and then on long-form/newsletter, I do content/marketing.
I would recommend you pick one of the 3 niches, even if it feels too small, and build out a channel specifically for that niche. Eventually, as they gets bigger and becomes profitable, if you want to restart and build a second channel for the second niche, you should do that.
Having more than one niche per channel is the fastest way to grow slow (I learned the hard way)
Good video and a lot of working theories with no proof given. I would push back on legal, sales, accounting, and HR never being AI’d away.
Love your insight!!
Thank you, appreciate it!
Social media is always changing
Love your ideas and thoughts!
Thanks so much!
Such interesting predictions and so we’ll explained! It helps me for my socials to see where I can grow. Thanks so much for the content
wow amazed brother! a lot of future proof knowledge especially in terms of UA-cam shorts shop thing
Damn. So good. Watched it twice. Thank you, Nostradamus.
This video is such a gem! Thanks for that
Great information, my dude! Appreciate this video and subscribed for more. 🤙
