Cause the fact that we're losing our shit over heavy and agressive music doesn't mean the majority does., doesn't seem like rocket science to me. On the other hand I always found it pretty damn cool that this band or even stuff like Dying Fetus or Cytotoxin or Benighted has thousands of dedicated fans. Doesn't needs to be millions and billions if it's legit imo

Been saying it for a while, Orbit Culture is on the verge of blowing up. Kinda like how Gojira was on the verge with their 2012 album, "L'Enfant Sauvage" and finally blew up in 2015 going into 2016 with their "Magma" album. OC's new album may finally be their huge breakout release. Btw, I'd love to see a US tour with ORBIT CULTURE, GOJIRA and MERCENARY... 🤘😬🤘

"The Way of All Flesh" is really the one that did it for Gojira. Everything after just helped.
Gojira Release 15 years ago a milestone called „from Mars to sirius“ , l‘enfant sauvage is far away to be their best release , and Orbit Culture make good music, i love it , but they don‘t have the potential to blowing up like Gojira did , lack of originality and booring lyrics.
If you listen to „from Mars to sirius“ you will see that this record didn‘t loose one once of his Greatness and is still better and more modern than 90% of the records released in 2019/20

It's a homage to the soundtrack of the movie Interstellar. Go watch it, it's a superb movie. One of my favorites, and the soundtrack of that movie is from another world
I am listening to Metal since the late 80s but I have never heared anything like this, amazing.
This is my interpretation of the video.
The girl in the video being lost in the dark woods is symbolic for being lost in life and struggling with depression. She is lost in the dark forrest of her own mind and she can’t find her way out.
What she does is trying to outrun her own demons which only leads her further in to the woods, further in to the darkness and depression. Burning her clothes, symbolizing her trying to make changes to herself but she is only changing the surface. Inevitably her demons catch up to her and she is thrown i to the deepest, darkest pit of depression. She stops to fight it and just stumbles around aimlessly in her misery. Then all of a sudden someone reaches out to her and she sees light in the darkness. She regains her spirit and will to live and makes her way out of the pit of despair. She is now able to find her way out of the woods, leaving her demons and depression behind not looking back.

I just can't get enough of this band only discovered them a month ago and they are the only thing I am listening to.
Favorite song by them hands down. Saw them live about a month ago and got to meet them. Nic is such a great guy but I saw the pain in his eyes when I first met him and it made sense to me why he writes what he writes, he battles depression and anxiety like I do. They really put their heart into their music but with a heavy and most devastating sound of instruments.

I never thought just one song could be so infectiously headbanging friendly, so heavy it can be used at the gym, yet so emotionally moving you can listen to it at 3 am and feel something..... all at once. This is an absolute masterwork.

I woke up in the middle of the night and had to listen to this song for the billionth time. Im paralyzed from the neck up from all the headbanging.
(sorry for my bad english in advance) I cant quite explain what or how, but I somehow just feel how to song matchess the Video. This inner conflikt between her and the thing that only haunts her in her imagination, a Masked evil, that she does not understand. And then the fire maybe symbolizing how she finaly bruns down what makes her suffer... an then the song following her journy, its just a outrigth masterpiece.
I have been injecting their music straight into my veins since they popped up in a spotify playlist of mine. I can't praise this band enough. They encompass everything that I love in metal. Orbit Culture are going to explode in the scene when touring starts again along with festivals. I'd do anything for a great theater concert and festival with them.

I want to mention how well the video is made. The theme of a woman escaping through the woods running away from some witch, monster, whatever, hast been made a zillion times, but somehow this video, combined with the music probably, really makes me feel anxious.. like the movie blair witch project did when I was twelve or so. Well done really.
I only wish I had more than one like to give. Everyone needs to tell every person they've ever met about this band. It's the only way they'll get the recognition they deserve!

I mean Orbit Culture are fucking great and all, but why would you want anyone else than Mick Gordon to make a DOOM soundtrack? He did fantastic job with 2016 and he did fantastic job again with Eternal.

@@simla5 all personal opinion of course, but I was quite underwhelmed by the soundtrack for Eternal Vs Doom 2016. Nothing came close to BFG or Rip & Tear.
