"jump cancel NAs" helps you to use her burst but not breakthrough bars so you can use those bars anytime you want (specially when enemy have low res in some frames or save for n xt rotation) if you use NAS after burst those breakthrough bars will go away instantly after 6 bars and when starting a chamber those frames have higher resistant
Also forgot to mention since she gain dmage increase over time in her burst using those bars after some few NA cancel is her most suitable play style for Solo

You can use overload it's same fast and can be faster with certain teams to break those shield and dmage
