i think you should use navia ult before starting to use others ults/skills to get enough crystalize for the first E and + navia ult lasts for a while

When you already have maximum shrapnel stacks, use tap. It's much quicker and does not use up excess shards. Use hold if you need to aim, and if you need to gather more stacks.
