Many referees seem to have missed the memo that nobody needs to have control for there to be a pin. Saw a guy execute a hip toss and accidentally pin himself while working for a fall. There must have been 3 people in the arena who weren't confused.
@Christopher Lowe I'm going to wrestle in college this fall, and I'm just looking forward to getting myself so strict , early morning wake up/ work out, getting cut for the weight class, eating right, being a straight militant. mental strength all day everyday. No bad days, no days off

What about the 1st period? Perry was constantly going to the edge of the mat and running out of bounds when he got in trouble.
Perry was a boss on top and very solid defense from his feet

Letters was hurt this year or he woulda repeated he got banged up bad the week before the tourney
So how come Perry didn't wrestle for his uncle at Oklahoma State
His uncle recruited Johnny Hendricks instead. The funny part is Perry only beat Hendricks once and that was in the NCAA finals of their senior years
