I currently experianced a really bad 3D circumstances with my SP. However I know about the law and manifestation and immediately decided to search for a guided meditation on releasing, and Buko's came up. Never in my life in my 4 years of concious manifestation.. when I did a guided meditation I started to cry. The tears just poured over me I just could not help myself. I am feeling better. I am not there yet but this did help alot. Buko. Please please create more of this kind of guided meditations. It is short sweet on to the point and it capture all the senses.
I love how this turned out Buko! The soft music in the background was perfect. I felt relieved several times while listening to this & yawned a couple of times, which I think is a form of release as well. Looking forward to more of your YT content 🤍

hey buko. i finally did a round of meditation and i must say, it's been a while since i sat through a full guided meditation. I hope i practice this twice everyday. i have also never felt this calm and drowsy during a meditation before. Suggestions for future meditations: revision and sp guided meditations please. thanks once again 🥀
Hi Kavya! It’s good that you have felt drowsy and calm. That‘s how we feel naturally when we enter the state akin to sleep. Sleepy and drowsy. Your brain frequencies then jump from beta to alpha and theta, which makes your subconscious mind very receptive. Don’t force yourself to repeat meditations or techniques, if they don’t resonate with you or don’t make you feel good. I will upload many many meditations in the future. So if this one is not the one you need right now, for your current situation, then the next guided meditation might be the right one. 😊 Also thank you for the ideas. I will upload some visualisations to manifest SPs and for sure a revision visualisation, too! 🥳

Hi, thanks for your comment.🥰 I had already disabled ads for the video in the settings before uploading. It seems that UA-cam still shows ads to some users despite this, which I find very disappointing. I will work on finding a solution to this issue. Meanwhile, here's a tip for you: if you play the video through once so it fully loads, you can watch it without ads on the second playback. I hope this helps in the meantime.🙌🏼
Been looking forward to you creating a youtube account for the longest time!! But not sure if its just me with this issue, i keep getting ads in the middle of the meditation and it throws me off, is it possible to just keep the ads to before and after the video?
Oh thank you so much for informing me. I didn’t know that and I never activated ads for the meditation. Hmmm 😢 I will take a look and try to find it in the settings. Until then you can play the meditation until the end once, like load it once, and then watch it from the beginning again, without ads. So sorry that this happened.

In the end, during the praeyer, I started crying, but the stuck feeling was still there, I wonder what that means because i have never experienced that before🤔
I would take a break (maybe 1-2 days) then do the meditation again. You might need to repeat it to fully activate the new programming. If that „blocking“ feeling comes up again, check at which part it came up. It might give you a hint about where you still have resistance. 🙏🏼
Hi! I've turned off the UA-cam ads on my end. Unfortunately, UA-cam still activates them. I know it’s very annoying. Only after reaching a certain number of followers do I have the option to completely hide them. So, my hands are tied. However, I have a tip for you on how you can still enjoy this meditation without ad breaks: let the video play from start to finish once. The second time, you can meditate without being interrupted. The ads will only play during the first run-through.
Hi Buko hope u doing well, I've been doing this meditation for the past few days and I'm experiencing something i don't know if it's related to it but it's pretty strange, I once read from you that when u practice a resistance release you would experience the release of that stress in your physical body since the morning I've been experiencing huge stress overloading in my body with strong vibrations through my entire body and my family noticed so i think it's all the stress and anxiety released from my body because of practicing this meditation .. so I wanted to hear it from u perhaps? thank u bc i never wanted to do meditation and i was perceiving it as a waste of time but from this results i think there is too much resistance stucked in my body and im gonna keep doing it...
Feeling shaking or vibration in your body during meditation is often a sign that the nervous system is releasing suppressed energy/emotions/trauma. If you're interested in learning more, I recommend the book "Waking the Tiger" by Peter Levine. For most people, these sensations stop once the meditation ends. For some, it may happen a few more times but then stops over time. If you generally feel these symptoms happen involuntarily and if they don't stop, please talk to your doctor, as it could be something else. You'll have a sense of whether it's from meditation or a health issue. If unsure, as mentioned, talk to your doctor. ❤ Never force yourself through meditations or any other techniques if you feel like they don’t help you or feel like too much. Always work on yourself and manifest your desires from a loving space.❤❤❤
Shaking and shivering is typically a nervous system release and both can happen when releasing resistance. If it just happened during the meditation it’s probably that. 😊

Is it normal to feel weird sensations during the first part? Like shaking and shivering in the shoulders
