This would basically be like Sukuna vs Jogo, if Cinder is even good enough for Sukuna to play around with before he slices her up, or worse uses his Flame Arrow Technique. I think it would be better it she were up against Jogo instead. Both powerful fire casters, but I favor Jogo in terms of pure raw firepower. Cinder I'm pretty sure is a better close quarters fighter, especially with her weapons she can summon likes swords, spears, knives, and her bow and arrows, but going hand to hand with Jogo is dangerous on its own since he can burn you as he did against Maki, Nanami, and Naobito. Cinder can probably add more damage to her flames since she can infuse it with electricity like she did against Ruby, and has briefly shown her ability to use ice to freeze Raven, but she prefers fire overall. She can also fly thanks to the Maiden's powers, and her aura should add good protection for a while. Jogo, while not a tank like fellow disaster curse Hanami, is still quite durable in his own right, and is the fastest of the Disaster Curses, a glass cannon to put it bluntly. I think Cinder might be a little faster, but Jogo wouldn't be out right blitzed. His Maximum Meteor could be a problem if Cinder couldn't fly or move out of the radius, which I think she can if she isn't too damaged. It's powerful, but not very fast since even weaker characters like Panda were able to avoid it at nearly the last minute of impact. Domain Expansion though, that I'm prety sure would do Cinder in since she wouldn't have a way to escape it, and assuming she can survive in it, wouldn't be able to do much in what is essentially Jogo's home field advantage. So Cinder will have to defeat Jogo before he can get his Domain off, other wise she's more than likely toast.

Sukuna only showed city level feats of destruction and the black hole isn't planetary either because the black while only showed city level of destruction and it looks like she has a limit to how big it can get or we don't know how far she could push that technique but for now city level

If we outright replace every Rwby villain with Jujutsu Kaisen's, i'm certain the only way the heroes would have any chance is through the Relics, and it's been a hassle for them every time. Idk about the Rwby villains in JJK, but i for sure know JJK villains would best RWBY
