2016 pa ako nagkaroon ng mga sintomas ng TB at hindi kailanman ako umalis ng bansa o nagpunta ng Tsina. Hindi po kasi ako naniniwala sa covid. 2016 pa po ako unang nagkaroon ng dugo sa laway ko kumpara dun sa covid na nagmula sa Tsina noong 2019.

Yes, most likely the patient has no TB if this is negative as it’s very sensitive. However, culturing can be done to double check on this

MTB detect it means sample positive with myobacterium Tuberculosis.
R sensitive it is mean the MTB the strain sensitive for Rafampcin treatment because some strains are resist to Rafampcin
