You can try, correct the sprite of when Dio is going to prepare to fight for example, against jotaro and he sucks Joseph's blood in some frames Dio's hair disappears.

you just need to extract file, it will leave a folder named "jojoba", compress that folder on a .zip and replace the normal rom with the jacket dio rom, and finally remove the jojobanr1 file from the roms folder

not sure if this helps but the best i can describe it is when one person's game doesn't match their opponent's game online, like somebody could be doing a combo on their screen but they're dead on the opponent's screen this used to be a huge problem in the hftf community because there were people (me definitely not being one of them) trying to use other jacket dio roms online without knowing about desync

I’m pretty sure that it’s fixed now, the rom in the video is a bit old so things have changed in the new one
