My Weekend On Call as a Surgical Junior Doctor!

Hello Friends,
My name is Shreyas Vinayak and I’m a junior doctor currently working in the National Health Service UK.
In this video, I bring you guys along to the hospital during my weekend on-call shift to give you guys a taste of what it's like to be a junior doctor in surgery. I give a little insight on how the Bleep system works in my hospital and talk about how we identify acutely ill patients and manage them.
I’ve started a new UA-cam channel that’s designed to aid and help medical students as well as young doctors through their course. Disclaimer, this video was shot and edited during the peak of Covid cases, hence I highlighted that MET calls were mainly for Covid Patients. Fortunately due to the vaccine programme and lockdown, the number of cases have dropped drastically and hopefully, we will be able to enjoy our summer☀️
