This is nice but really small. Once your furniture is in the living room, it's tiny. The huge island in the kitchen has no overhang or leg space for stools or seating. No deck, just that tiny perch and a few stairs. View of the neighbors is a no. Small closets with organizers make me crazy...it's still a tiny closet. Love the private bathroom for the bedrooms. Primary suite is smaller than expected...no wow factor. Primary suite bathroom is tight....door swings open on one of the sinks and shower is small. This is a nice home for someone who loves the color brown or darker wood tones. It would have looked larger with a lighter shade of wood. Stunned that they didn't stage it. Also, if you have pets and small kids this would be a lot of stairs for them.
Beautiful townhouse. Perfect for an older empty nester that still wants a spacious home.

Where does the bed go in the first bedroom ?
This is actually a very spacious townhouse at 3,400 square feet, and it has high end finishes like hardwood (increasingly uncommon in new builds due to LVP 😖), brick pavers, kitchen cabinets that reach the ceiling, and an elevator! The space is distributed among 4 floors, so it doesn't seem large, but it is. Townhouses like that in the DMV tend to be in high end areas and would START at $900k without factoring in an elevator yet. This townhouse is in a high end area of Atlanta, hence the price, but it would be more like $1.2M in the DMV. It has an unfortunate view of other homes and no yard, which are the negative attributes.
I'M FROM ATLANTA, BUT I LIVE IN NORTH ARLINGTON, VA. I AGREE WITH YOU 1000% IN TERMS OF WHAT THIS LISTING WOULD BE IF IT WERE HERE. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT IT'S BEING LISTED FOR THAT PRICE IN ATLANTA! THE REAL ISSUE IS THAT SALARIES THERE DON'T MATCH THE HOME PRICES. TIMES HAVE TRULY CHANGED...😶😶😨😨🤔🤔

The interior doors look like they are circa 2013.... Now days they are putting 5 panel doors in homes. It FEELS very narrow more like a row home width more than a townhouse and there is no drive way or visitor parking...good luck when you have your house warming.

@@ShayWilliam341 nah it’s not a real townhome look at the ones in Alpharetta ga the ones with the bricks , those are the originals that came out that were actually spacious , this is a box and if I spend 900k on this , it couldn’t even fit all of my clothes the downstairs bedroom would have to be the closet. All of those bathrooms are in the way taking up space too

The first so=called bedroom was more like an office or work out area, because it had no closet or windows. This is actually a three bedroom four bath home.
Thanks for watching but it did have a closet and a full bath. Windows are not required to be called a bedroom in Fulton county. The Certificate of Occupancy does deem it a bedroom.

Sorry don't like the dark brown floors, don't like all walls cream color could be a lil darker a pale grey or a light gold color that will make the house look rich. No glamour lighting but the dining area, I wouldn't buy it for 885k it isn't worth it. It have too manys faults I don't like. The mirrors in the bathroom look very cheap, I would like the wall to wall mirror and in the master bathroom and the chandelier lighting. I am not impress with the house. I like the kitchen and the flooring and tile in one of the bathroom. Don't like the tub in the large bathroom and don't like the private patio. Would like the tinted close in glass doors on the patio where I can look out.
