So the game updated recently with some changes to Stage 3 and the Sagat boss fight. There are also changes that made speedrunning a bit slower such as not being able to skip past the laser anymore at 0:09 and the freeze glitch being fixed.

sub 3 is possible, sagat's upgraded fire attack can be skipped with a maxed pistol and a good cycle, saves like 10-11 seconds due to how long the upgraded fire attack is

The literal hardest part of the game is the laser gun, the boss is easy, the traps are annoying but can be easily avoided the next time
