- We are celebrating 25 years of continuous MFWD manufacturing in Winnipeg.
In 1993 the first mechanical front-wheel drive tractors started rolling off the line at the factory in Winnipeg. 25 years and thousands of tractors later, these tractors are still leading the industry in power, economy, and reliability.

A lot of tractor history compressed into a very short video. This product was built on the backs on a lot of good people and it was the high point of a career to work with them all. That 35 million dollar check was well spent.
Most impressive was the acceptance the tractor line received by the dealers & customers. The people that really always matter. LD

Great tractors! I own a 1998 8670, 1998 8770, and a 2003 2210. I haven't been in or used anything I've liked better
We have a G170 and drive a T7.270 every once in a while the ergonomics have come a long way although everything is made of cheap plastics with the autocommand being a handful at times
I’m puzzled as to why a 4 wheel drive and 4 WHEEL STEER rigid frame tractor isn’t more common? I don’t know when Case stopped building them.
can someone briefly tell my why MFWD? as opposed to what, a RWD or 4WD?
Now you guys just need a mfwd that can contend with the Challenger and Fendt 1000 Vario series!
Versatile is about power to the ground, I think they've recognized they're wasting power by putting that big of an engine into a front wheel assist tractor.
1000 series is serious crap.

@@paulunglaub8427 500 Hp engine belongs to the articulated tractor. Not to mfwd tractor. Yes, Fendt 1000 is serious crap.

The paint scheme is great, but the hood and face design of the new machine is awfull. The hood has no “body”, and the face looks cheap.
Look at the Deutz Fahr tractors for inspiration. Or ask Giugiaro for help.

What do you mean with breaking? Like the Intelliview III monitor when it has to be reset to a medium tractor a few times till it workes again?
