    Hello friends! Today I'll show you how to prepare an incredibly juicy and healthy dish from turkey and fresh vegetables. This recipe is perfect for anyone who cares about their health and wants to eat right.
    Ingredients:
    500 grams of turkey fillet (small turkey fillet - more tender, chicken fillet can also be used)
    2 cloves of garlic
    200 grams of cherry tomatoes
    A small eggplant
    A zucchini
    A paprika
    olive oil
    Salt, black pepper
    Spices: dried basil, khmeli-suneli, paprika
    Any herbs to taste (dill, parsley)
    Step-by-step recipe:
    Cut the turkey fillet into large pieces. Use the small turkey fillet for a more tender taste. Chicken fillet can also be used.
    Slice the garlic and lightly fry it in olive oil in a pan. Remove the garlic from the pan.
    Add the turkey fillet to the aromatic garlic oil and fry on both sides. Add salt and black pepper.
    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the turkey. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
    While the meat is stewing, roughly chop the eggplant, zucchini and peppers. Put the vegetables in a bowl, salt them and let them stand for 10 minutes.
    Add the vegetables to the turkey in the pan and braise for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The vegetables release juice and the dish turns out very tasty and juicy.
    Add spices to taste: dried basil, khmeli-suneli, paprika.
    Cut any herbs to taste. I used dill, but parsley is also possible.
    Place the braised vegetables on a plate with the turkey and sprinkle with herbs.
