You don't "pull" negative G's, that would be "pushing". And what you meant is 'unloading' the airframe by neutralizing the stick which puts the plane at ~0G momentarily so as to get a faster roll response.
The way he sprayed right into the cockpit of that il-25 and probably absolutely slaughtered the pilot is so disrespectful
