    Hi, just a question po because I purchased my Polene bag from a third party seller. Pwede kaya na ako mag email directly to them? Or did you used po yung order confirmation email when you emailed them about your concern sa bag?

      Halo! I’m not sure but i think it’s a percentage of the total purchase.

      Hi Pauline, how are you? What I did was I sent them the screenshot photos of my bag and the damaged area, the confirmation email for proof too. So when they responded to my email, they didn’t ask for the confirmation email anymore. They are also fast in trying to fix my bag problem.
      Just try to ask them first regarding your problem and attach the needed proof that your bag is authentic.
      They might be able to help you out. Hoping for a positive outcome after this ☺️
