Couple of days ago I read in a book that talks about courage briefly. It goes like, "confidence is archived through hardwork and prepration. It is a result of working on yourself. It is the benefit of proving to yourself". I like this quote a lot. Because we are all held back by our emotions of fear and anxiety, but if we prepare on ourselves we will be more confident and handles things well that comes our way.
Love this Ali, stoicism is such an amazing way to view life, its certainly changed mine. Plus your recommendation of Happy by Derren Brown is such a great book.
