I feel you on this video! My Dad was diagnosed with cancer last year. Back in March he went downhill fast. I watched him die for 2 weeks, he passed on 3/30. Life is HARD!!!!!! And sometimes it's not fair either. Hope whatever you are going through gets better soon. Hugs!

Oh my gosh, my father in law died on the same day from cancer last year too. Soooo hard. Then my dad died this year on Jan 2nd! So extremely terrible. Literally rebuilding my entire mentality since. It’s rough. But it is consoling seeing that other people like me are all doing it. Sad. But true. Sending love to all! ❤
The last 5 years have been very bad for me and my family. 2019 I lost both of my grandparents 4 months apart, we all know what 2020 was, 2021 I lost my stepmom, 2022 I was diagnosed with stage 2 ovarian cancer, 2023 we lost my mother in law and this year my dad. I really need a break from the sadness. But I try and find my joy when I can. I’m lucky to have such great friends and family to get me through it all. I’m sorry for your losses too.

Just wanted to say…..hang in there! Endurance = perseverance despite the obstacle. Good to take moments or time to feel, reflect. But, then we pick back up. I could share 10 huge things in the span of 10 months that we’ve endured. But all things out of our control. Keep enduring.

I just got passed hurting the ligaments and tendons in my finger as well. I went to physio therapy that gave me a lot of exercises for bending your fingers in 15 times repetitions. Bending at the middle knuckle than the first knuckle than the full hand bend, than opening and spreading your fingers apart 15 times each. After a few weeks of that they gave some putty to squish through the fingers. It seemed to help my finger quite a bit. Not sure if this will help of if I explained it in a way that is understandable but I tried :) Maybe google hand/finger injury exercises. I know I'm a visual person and that would help me more :)

Oh that’s great news!! Yes I found the more you baby the worse it gets but going through the exercise’s even when they hurt helps it heal. Don’t overdo it but don’t under do it either if that makes sense. Happy medium when it comes to using it. Oh and they also put my hand in a nice warm whirlpool bath too if you’re able to. I pray 🙏it heals quickly for you. It’s hard when you’re a mama and have things to do but can’t use the fingers!!
