Really interesting to hear Zahra's thoughts; I would love to have actually seen a demonstration of the "Stay's Put" glue. Very intriguing stuff! Thanks for making and sharing the video, Mao.

So I don't use that adhesive-- but as a burlesque performer I've learned different tricks for keeping things on. Pasties, stockings (if I don't want to use a garter belt) and similar things. If it isn't going near the crotch area, hair spray works wonders!! Also, elmer's spray adhesive. The kind you get for scrapbooking. It keeps things on. Carpet tape works too. It peels off skin easily, but will stay on costume pieces, unfortunately. Some people use glue sticks, others use toupee tape. I've never used glue sticks or toupee tape, so I can't attest to those. But the other things I know keeps EVERYTHING on really well, are really inexpensive, and still peel off at the end of the night. And if there is some residue on your skin left over, eye makeup remover that has oil in it takes it right off.

I've said this before, I don't belly dance (I do burlesque) but I always have a separate bag with a small sewing kit, scissors (you never know when someone needs to trim a false eyelash), bobby pins, safety pins, hair ties, a tiny thing of E6000, and anything else I may need. Take those suggestions and apply it to belly dance!!! So far I've never had to use my emergency kit-- but you'd be surprised at how many other people have needed it.

I didn't say that you do belly dance and I've never seen you on youtube before. Just thought it was interesting

When I said that "I've said this before" I meant that I said that I don't belly dance on another comment on this video. So I didn't mean anything wrong by it. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
