You need to activate your balance first and than you can put your bank account and Vinted will also ask authentication like your ID or passport. Maybe you need to contact Vinted for this or make sure you are using the full name that is on your bank account 🤷🏼♀️

@@MadLifeMC in my pending funds it only says the price of the item and no shipping fee in sight, also in the postage setting option all the other postage options have prices apart from the Hermes parcel shop which is £0, it’s also unchangeable too, I wish I could send a ss to show you
Well if you sent the package and you didn’t have to pay anything, maybe it’s free shipping 🤷🏼♀️ but it will not appear in your pending balance because shipping money is for Vinted, not you. And you can’t change shipping prices, they are standard, pre-made by Vinted

If it’s a prepaid label that you just have to print than you don’t receive shipping money because you don’t pay anything to ship. If you paid for shipping than you will receive the money after she receives the package and presses the okay button or in 48h after receiving the package

You can pay with credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple pay, Vinted balance or iDEAL. And some of these are not available for everybody. So I don’t think you can pay with online banking

You need to put your bank details, otherwise you can’t receive money, but you have to do that in the Vinted app not on email. And if you activate the option to receive emails every time you get a message/offer/someone buying something, than you will receive emails, otherwise you can only see that in the app

No, only if you sell/buy something, on the conversation with the other buyer/seller you can start a dispute or whatever your problem is and than they will review your problem and contact you through email. It kinda sucks that you can’t contact them any other way🤷🏼♀️
The seller has 5 working days to ship the package, after 5 day the order will be canceled. If the seller doesn’t have time to ship it until the 5th day there is nothing you can do about it
Oh, I think we had a misunderstanding, the seller has 5 working days to sent it. But the shipping from/to same country it takes 2-5 working days and international shipping 4-7 days, but like any other delivery it can take longer, because of the busyness . You can just wait because if it will say package delivered but you didn’t get anything you can press “I have an issue “, explain what happened and you get your money back. Or if the seller didn’t send the package, the transaction will be automatically canceled by Vinted and you still get your money back

Hi! If you go to the conversation with the buyer, you should find on the screen a button that says “Track parcel”. It shouldn’t take more than 48 hours after you left the package at ups for the button to appear. If you still have nothing, maybe you should contact Vinted or Ups, maybe something happened with your package

I there is no Tracking Parcel button on the seller side, but eventually I got a hold with the buyer , she said based on the tracking information she had received, the delivery date would be on the 17st which is 10 days after I shipped out… I don’t know why UPS takes so long 😞😞😞
On Vinted it says that international delivery will take 4-7 working days so if you add 2 days of weekend you almost get to 10 days😂 so I guess it’s normal

Okay so that is the normal post office I guess, so it doesn’t have a pre made label. So you have to write it by yourself. I don’t have experience with that because no one ordered with normal post from me, but in the app it says to press “shipping instructions “ on the conversation screen and follow those steps. I think there it should appear the address, if not you really have to contact the buyer for the address because I don’t know another way to find it🤷🏼♀️
Or it’s called “delivery instructions “ and you have to pay the shipping yourself and when the buyer receives the item you will get the money for the item and the shipping

If you want to pay with PayPal, is only available for tracked shipping options (not available for shipping without tracking or custom shipping). If you received money on Vinted, you can’t send it on your PayPal.

Hi! Well everything is possible. I got a few comments saying that they sent a package and they found out that the payment received from the buyer was fake. So I don't know what to tell you...Contact Vinted or there are options that you can press in the app to say that you have an issue with the package, but usually the delivery takes more time now, especially with the holidays so maybe you just need to wait a few more days
There are some shipping options that don’t have tracking numbers, but probably you will get the package next week. No package arrives in 2 days especially with new year’s because people don’t work. Just wait until 5-6 January and if you don’t get it by then, contact the buyer and Vinted 😊

The bags I bought them from AliExpress (I put a link in my video description ) but it takes a while to receive them. You can buy them from Amazon too I think or you can use black plastic bags for trash and tape them with clear tape

The buyer has to press that not you. You won’t see it, they need to check if they are happy with the purchase...but sometimes they don’t press it that’s why you need to wait 2 days

I also pressed the button and Vinted told me I shouldn't have, but I have never used Vinted before and did not know that I was doing something wrong. I pressed REFUND as I knew the person already cancelled the transaction and I wanted and still want my item to be shipped back to me as soon as possible. Vinted wrote that by pressing REFUND I am putting into doubt the authenticity of the product when the truth is I PANICKED and pressed what I thought to be the right. I work for a luxury brand and thought have sold a product from that brand to a person in France. The product which is a tiny document holder has no authenticity codes as shown on my Vinted pictures. The buyer never asked any questions about that, but once received the item he decided to delete the transaction. I don't care about not receiving the money, but I truly care and want them to guarantee me that I will receive my authentic item shipped back. One day has passed and I haven't received any answers. She pays the money before you ship the clothes so Vinted has it. You should already see it in pending balance. 2 days after the buyer receives the package, Vinted will automatically move the money from pending to available balance. So I think you should just wait a bit. And it was weekend too so the shipping company don’t work, it will take a few days for shipping
Yes. When you are setting up an item to sell, choose the parcel size as custom and there you can write how much it costs for domestic shipping and international shipping

The money will go on your Vinted balance in pending until the buyer receives the product and after 2 days of receiving it will go to available balance and from there you can send it to your bank account

For the shipping you can check shipping options in profile-settings-postage and maybe you have an option where you have to send it by post so then you don’t have a label, you have to write your own label. And for the thing that you ordered I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️ you have to contact Vinted for that. Never happened to me

If you receive a pre made label than you receive only the money for the product and you don’t have to pay shipping because it’s already paid by the buyer. If you don’t receive a label and you have to drop it at the post office for example, than you pay in advance and than you receive the money for the item + shipping. You don’t receive money for packaging, you have to pay that for yourself
If you ordered something and they block you than yes, contact Vinted and cancel your order so you can get your money back because it’s probably a scam. If you didn’t order anything and they simply blocked you than it’s their choice, I don’t think Vinted can do some about it as long as there is no package or money involved. I hope that answers your question 😊
You can send a message to the seller and ask what’s going on, because sometimes they wait the 5 days just to see if they get more orders and bring everything at the same time. Or you can cancel it and take your money back 🙂 your choice

If you want to pay with PayPal, is only available for tracked shipping options (not available for shipping without tracking or custom shipping). If you received money on Vinted, you can’t send it on your PayPal.

Hi! Normally it should be in pending balance but if it’s not I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️ maybe contact Vinted ( if was the first item you sold maybe you need to activate your Vinted balance). Sorry but I have no idea 😔

@@MadLifeMC Hiya! sorry if this is a bit late but once you send your item the money is in “pending balance” when the item is received by the buyer they hit the button ‘everything is ok’ which is when you should receive the money :)

Hi! Well everything is possible. I got a few comments saying that they sent a package and they found out that the payment received from the buyer was fake. So I don't know what to tell you...Contact Vinted or there are options that you can press in the app to say that you have an issue with the package, but usually the delivery takes more time now, especially with the holidays so maybe you just need to wait a few more days

There are some shipping options that don’t have tracking numbers, but probably you will get the package next week. No package arrives in 2 days especially with new year’s because people don’t work. Just wait until 5-6 January and if you don’t get it by then, contact the buyer and Vinted 😊

Hi! You can sell whatever you want on Vinted and they don’t take commission from your price. If you post something for 20€ than you get 20€

I don’t know how they make money and it’s not my problem 🤷🏼♀️ how much you ask for something that what you get. The bags I bought them from AliExpress (I put a link in my video description ) but it takes a while to receive them. You can buy them from Amazon too I think or you can use black plastic bags for trash and tape them with clear tape

leslie geraldo because you need to wait for the buyer to receive the item and click everything okay or 2 days after receiving the item. After you will see the money in your available balance. Until then the money will be in pending 😊

The buyer has to press that not you. You won’t see it, they need to check if they are happy with the purchase...but sometimes they don’t press it that’s why you need to wait 2 days

I also pressed the button and Vinted told me I shouldn't have, but I have never used Vinted before and did not know that I was doing something wrong. I pressed REFUND as I knew the person already cancelled the transaction and I wanted and still want my item to be shipped back to me as soon as possible. Vinted wrote that by pressing REFUND I am putting into doubt the authenticity of the product when the truth is I PANICKED and pressed what I thought to be the right.
I work for a luxury brand and thought have sold a product from that brand to a person in France. The product which is a tiny document holder has no authenticity codes as shown on my Vinted pictures. The buyer never asked any questions about that, but once received the item he decided to delete the transaction. I don't care about not receiving the money, but I truly care and want them to guarantee me that I will receive my authentic item shipped back. One day has passed and I haven't received any answers. I really hope the person won't keep my item. How can I make sure this won't happen?

She pays the money before you ship the clothes so Vinted has it. You should already see it in pending balance. 2 days after the buyer receives the package, Vinted will automatically move the money from pending to available balance. So I think you should just wait a bit. And it was weekend too so the shipping company don’t work, it will take a few days for shipping

Yes. When you are setting up an item to sell, choose the parcel size as custom and there you can write how much it costs for domestic shipping and international shipping

The money will go on your Vinted balance in pending until the buyer receives the product and after 2 days of receiving it will go to available balance and from there you can send it to your bank account

For the shipping you can check shipping options in profile-settings-postage and maybe you have an option where you have to send it by post so then you don’t have a label, you have to write your own label. And for the thing that you ordered I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️ you have to contact Vinted for that. Never happened to me
Do you have to pay for shipping when you drop of the buyers order at the post office? I’m confused yes I get that you have to drop is off but I’m not absolutely sure about paying for the package at the post office
For post office you pay the shipping and than you receive the money back from the buyer

If you receive a pre made label than you receive only the money for the product and you don’t have to pay shipping because it’s already paid by the buyer. If you don’t receive a label and you have to drop it at the post office for example, than you pay in advance and than you receive the money for the item + shipping. You don’t receive money for packaging, you have to pay that for yourself

If you ordered something and they block you than yes, contact Vinted and cancel your order so you can get your money back because it’s probably a scam. If you didn’t order anything and they simply blocked you than it’s their choice, I don’t think Vinted can do some about it as long as there is no package or money involved. You can send a message to the seller and ask what’s going on, because sometimes they wait the 5 days just to see if they get more orders and bring everything at the same time. Or you can cancel it and take your money back 🙂 your choice

I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️ if you didn’t receive a notification that the buyer got the item than the money will be in pending. If you received a notification than it takes up to 2 days to receive the money in actual balance
