It's probably best to start getting more electric trains for cargo. Almost all your lines are electrified, and you have enough money, so it will be worth it for having better power so the trains will accelerate better, so will be much faster on shorter routes or routes with a lot of stopping or slowing down.

Really that Ceduna Coal line shouldn't need crossovers at the steel plant station. It's carrying on in the same direction, so you should just set it to stay on its side.
