Lexus is preparing some improvements to both the basic RC and the performance RC F models for the 2023 model year, but it isn't yet ready to replace the aging RC coupe with a whole new design.
The V-8-powered RC F and the RC300 and RC350 coupes now have touchscreens and other updates. Let's find out what these new features are.

You can easily get 28-30mpg on the highway (RCF)
I kind of wish Toyota had used this as the Toyota Supra with a slightly more powerful engine and without the leather and wood and still had this it would have been cheaper than the supra we have and it would have sold better

@@mcld4214 lol no hear me out 😆 a 30-35k base version, different front design. minus the Lexus spindle grille, different tail lights, Toyota badges, different engine 300-450hp twin turbo base, crazier variations available later on. Toyota even did this before on the lexus sc and supra from the 90's

@@emmanuelblake5403 don't see that. Mk5s have been selling well for how small of a number of them are being brought over. Along with the engine in the mk5 easily being able to make the same power as is the RCF with a simple tune and a bigger turbo if they felt like it. They already make more or about the same torque as the RCF so there'd be no reason to really bother swapping in their engines at all along with the current platform the mk5 uses is lighter and all around a good combo that it'd be dumb to swap it with their own and screw up its formula when it's already good as it already is.
@@carboydorifutoparty3976 yeah they are selling but it's kinda like at what cost you know what I mean? It's like if Nissan made a Ford built GTR based off the ford gt it's them leaving their lineage and going with a cheaper way to build/sell it
The video is about the 2023 model, but most of the infotainment shots were of the 2015 - 2022 models. Additionally, one of the shots looked like a Winding Road Magazine piece.
RC is on my list for when buying my next car, which won’t be till early Feb 2024. Hoping RC300’s will be in stock in 2024.
The 350 version is worth the premium, that naturally aspirated v6 311hp is way better than the detuned one in the RC300 which has 260hp

It will be. You can customize it either on the website or in person at the Lexus dealership. I went in at the dealership and had mines custom made. I just got the 2021 RC 300 AWD. No F-Sport.
