Blessed *Little* Bungalow, oh my days!. I was expecting a tiny little single storey. It was like a tardis inside. Some lovely wall colours, the soft and muddy pinks really nice. Then there's Ralph, every girl needs a Ralph in their life, what a sweetie he is. I almost fell off my chair when Amber said she was almost 40!. She is blessed with great skin.
Loved the first young designer. As an old designer, I can tell she's done her homework and her language and descriptions are very informative. Good job !
All 3 houses were very unique, beautiful and maximalist styles. We will start with Amber's home in Atlanta - the bungalow. I love her living room with the grey sofa. It is very spacious. I love that big old mirror laying on the wall. And her living room lamp has African print. Love it!!! In her kitchenette I love the big leafed printed wall paper. Gorgeous. I love her ceiling in her primary bedroom. Her bed is decorated beautifully. The second home was Doug in historic Druid Hills. His home was also beautiful. I love his wine room space. If you are a wine drinker, you definitely need a wine room for your wine collection. He lives in a mansion that was divided into condos!!! His living room is beautiful. In his living room he has a round table with these speckled chairs that I absolutely love. He has a leather ottoman in his sunroom. Wow. The third house was Melissa and Paul and their craftsman house. From the outside it looked small, but inside it is very spacious. They used a lot of browns, beiges and earth tones. It is beautiful and very personal. They have a friend named Palmer who built a lot of their furniture. Love it!!! My favorite in their house was the grated windows and sconces with wind gongs. That is very original to me. Love it!!! Thanks to all 3 families for sharing their homes with us.
Love the wine cellar, butlers pantry. Pass on the chest butted up to it. I think I understand why you placed it there, but in my opinion, it cheapens the fantastic BP. And no to the artwork above this errant chest. To me, this artist created folk art on a tension rod with curls springing up. The fireplace and pieces above it are hands down wonderful. Do I see sconces? Whoever chose them is brilliant.
I've seen Amber and Ralph's lovely home on a previous episode, and loved it! I watched again just to refresh my memory on the amazing touches to hopefully incorporate into my own place one day. GREAT labor of love. 💞
THE ATTIC!!! THE ATTIC!!!! It's like having a private, cool bar/lounge/library. THE ATTIC 😍🤩😍🤩🤩 All the colors she uses tell a story & make sense as you move throughout the house. It's very happy/warm & not infantile. I guess what ppl are saying is whimsical.
Amber! I adore your home...from the outside to the inside! It truly speaks to my heart! I have always loved bungalows & as you said, you have the best of both worlds... having the beauty & character of the old bungalow style w/the freshness of a new build! How lucky are you?? You did a wonderful job of seamlessly combining earthy vibes with jewel tones! I'm just so attracted to all of the colors you've chosen & the gorgeous wallpapers & wonderful art!! You've managed to create spaces that are inviting & cozy while at the same time sophisticated! I thoroughly enjoyed this tour through your Blessed Little Bungalow!! Thank you for sharing it with us!! This was definitely one of my favorite Homeworthy tours!! ❇✳🏅🏞🌺
Melissa & Palmer's home is Incredible!!! WoW!! I love everything about the colors, textures, design, patterns & feeling of this home! Truly the entire home is a gorgeous work of art!! Those rounded edged floating wood shelves that Palmer built are pure joy! I don't think there is enough space here to discuss the intricacy of detail in the dining room - that table? - are you kidding me? I love the lower scale furniture in the living & dining room spaces but that table & those chairs in the dining room - I don't think I would ever leave!! lol! Thank you Homeworthy for bringing us this remarkable home! And thank you Melissa & Palmer for sharing your gifts of art, creativity & Love that created your beautiful home!! 😻🙀😺💫🤟
Das Haus von Doug Weiss ist wunderschön, mit erlesensten Stücken stilvoll und Harmonisch eingerichtet , die Bilder und antiken Möbel sind wunderschön, ich bin aus Deutschland Hochschwarzwald
I Pinned Melissa and Parmer’s dining room just last night, having never seen this video! How serendipitous. It’s so unique and inspiring and literally made me change my mind about getting rid of my dining room. ❤
I loved all the houses! However, hands down the house where the artsy eclectic couple Melisa and Palmer (the lowkey genius) were my favorite!😍 That handcrafted furniture was absolutely amazing! He kind of looks like actor Micheal Gross from the Family Ties. I just loved that couple and would love to be a fly on the wall at one of their get togethers.. bet they would be playing the best music like Steely Dan, Starbuck or you know yacht radio sort of vibe!😊
Love Amber’s bungalow the color of her bed room and bringing wallpaper to her bathroom seem so simple but elegantly done . Rock paper scissor painting is unique appreciate different lighting style. The story behind your items in last video is so relatable
Last couple's stories!! So wonderful the personal history and hand-made items in their home. So much meaning in everything. Fascinated by their quirky items.
I love all of your DC posts…very informative….i was very curious to see what would one get for 195k…learned about this co op. If I was moving to do would make it happen…there is a place for everyone’s needs. Keep them coming,, I’m so silly…when you said spacious closet. I live in DC all my life …you PLAY TOO MUCH….i love the narrative
I am absolutely in love with this home and the owner! I would love to be invited to a dinner, lunch or cocktail in this incredibly beautiful home. Please invite me, Doug Weiss!
The first two homes were unique and colorful. The homes showcased the owners individuality and sense of style. Amber’s home with its open floor plan was a good use of space. It was the modern day single woman professional home. Gorgeous❤Doug’s home was my heart. I simply loved each and every room. Though masculine it was also chic, charming and sophisticated. ❤ The last home looked as plain and antiseptic as its owners. The bland colors melted and morphed into each other. Their home resembled that of academics. ❤But all three were interesting to tour ***l also was impressed by the wardrobe choices of the first two owners. Their personal style also elevated the beauty within their homes ❤❤
Kudos on your cute home!!. Love the colors and bold wallpaper. I'm so glad it's not part of the typical great American white out, usually on HW. One criticism, without a formal education, you're a decorator, not a designer. But you're a natural.
The first video. For her to be an interior designer, it lacks interest to the eye. It doesn't give the magazine look. However, it's her personal space and her taste of decor.
Why would anyone want to move to a place where crime rate is about 44.8 crimes per 1,000 residents....and definitely not a state I would want my kids to attend school.

Adding a bolster pillow to the sofa to mimic an armchair is genius!

That big old mirror you love is from Anthropologie ❤. Yes her home was beautiful
Out of the three, Amber's home is my favorite. It's so joyful and welcoming!

Love Amber’s house. Like the fact that it’s more accessible to most of us, but still gorgeous and true to her heritage. Beautiful!!
I love Amber's unique, personal style!
I love her originality. Such a unique, beautiful home.

Great decor style. Love the big mirror in your dinning area , your rug beside and under the mirror. Your dog Ralph is adorable.

Amber has one of the best places I have seen on your site. Seems doable by us regular people and so much personality. Beautiful color transitions
She has phenomenal taste, I love everything about her space. Colors, decor, and flow. 10/10
I used to think decorating should be matchy matchy but I LOVE this home!
Beautiful home. Charming host.
Very colorful, single girl; interesting artwork.

Doug's dining room table is right on top of the coffee table. It looks like a furniture store there in the worst way
1st House: IKEA morden.
2nd House: Old money casual.
3rd House: To each THEIR own.
😂😍🤔
I actually prefere the last home. It is totally them and i could totally live there🙂 The guy is so talented. You are right about the other 2 tho😄

It depends in Chicago. There is crime and violence all over the country. Chicago gets a terrible rep after that ChiRaq movie.
Kitchen cabinets look cheap, the wood should have been preserved.

Crime is EVERYWHERE, some is just more televised by the news outlets!
@AnneMarieCartier Why would anyone come to watch an episode about lovely homes and people, and then leave a completely unrelated, nasty comment?
