Alabama Gulf Coast | Mobile Bay Ferry | Dauphin Island/Ft. Gaines to Ft. Morgan/Baldwin County

We took a little day trip from Pensacola Florida over to Dauphin Island in the far south end of Mobile County Alabama. We walked around Ft. Gaines for a minute. Then we hopped on the Mobile Bay Ferry to circle back toward Pensacola. The ferry ride took us from Ft. Gaines to Ft. Morgan. Fort Morgan is in the southwest corner of Baldwin County Alabama.
This ride makes for a perfect day trip if you're visiting Pensacola, Perdido Key, or Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.
The Emerald Coast/Redneck Riviera/Gulf Coast is very scenic and a lot of fun.
