Interviewing Shaolin Teacher Shi Miao Jian from Shaolin Temple Europe. It's an interview about living the Shaolin Life inside and outside the monastery and how carrying a Shaolin life can make you happen, find joy and live at peace with yourself and others.
In this interview, Shaolin Teacher Shi Miao Jian talks about Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shaolin principles, Shaolin teachings, the biggest lessons for his masters, living a Shaolin life inside and outside the monastery, and adapting the Shaolin lifestyle to everyday life.
Shi Miao Jian belongs to the 36. Generation of Shaolin Disciples. He lives in the Shaolin Temple Europe in Otterberg, Germany and is one of the senior students under the direct guidance of the Headmaster #ShiHengYi.
Besides following the Shaolin Kung Fu and Qi Gong training, he’s learning traditional Chinese medicine to deepen his knowledge about strengthening body, mind and spirit in the same manner as the ancestors of the Shaolin tradition.
