So the actual purpose of getting 1+2 tank hits as one tank on p3 is a slightly bigger uptime of paladin aura and also 2 tanks are doing damage to the boss minus potential dps gain of paladin coming out with 10 stacks after 2nd frontal?

yeah and one less destabilize dot onto the raid (only have to send someone down once instead of twice), and the paladin doesn't have to use any defensives here which is important for our strat since he's staying up solo in a bit and needs basically the whole kit to live that

It can work if the whole raid is downstairs yeah but you run the risk of the one upstairs person dying and then everyone dies
