I love this format - everything you need in one place! And you can just skip to the segment you need as and when you need to recap. Great work, thank you :)
Thanks for being so concise! I usually avoid raids because the learning curve is so high and I don't like spending a lot of time watching strats just to feel competent enough to even join a raid!
I really appreciate you Kelani. Thanks for all you do
Just cleared Aberrus Normal while using this guide for each boss before pull. 10/10
I can’t wait till tonight for my first run! I know this is nitpicking but ima say it anyway. I play healer only and when u mention the healing focus phase it would be awesome if u could quickly mention the name of the ability that needs special attention, makes writing notes easier. I don’t think I heard it anyway. Ur videos are always my go to, keep up the great work
Hey Kelani thanks for the great vid! Are you going to drop a full-raid heroic addition video as well?
This looks so fun! and you explained it so well. I actually feel confident to go to a raid for the first time in years haha
Good video, that covers it. If you're new to raiding, watch the whole video. Do a looking for raid, win or lose. Watch the video again boss by boss, do another looking for raid, you'll understand the mechanics much better. You'll get some gear. Shoot for a 405 + item level Then when you think you got it, go for a normal raid. People can be helpful and teaching, some might just remove people from the group. Don't take it too hard, there's other groups with nicer people. Raiding can be really fun. Try getting a guild or make friends, always always ask questions or say you don't know what to do if you're feeling clueless. You'll make more raid friends that way. Good luck hope to see you out there!
Thank you for the video :)
I always like text guides to go along with videos to refer back to on the fly.
Thank you for putting this together!
Great video as always! Any chanse you can share your plater profile or whatever it is you use, looks nice :D
Thanks as usual, awesome guide!
Thanks!
Solid video
As usual this is exactly the guide I need.
I usually only do LFR but this guide is super. It tells me all I need to know and it's al in one place! Thank you for making this.
Thanks
the ONLY guide I dont recommend to anyone. No icons, "this does this, thats doing that", no highlight what you are talking about, showing tank PoV and talking about every other mechanic... pure chaos.
thanks
My guild and I are scheduled to face off against the last two today and yeah ...... looks hard af.
Neltharion fight looks epic
raid was fun and easy to do
Can you go downstairs to avoid the wind in phase 3 Sarkareth?
When you all defeated Sarkareth was there something you had to do to bring him into the raid. I just did it and he wasn’t in the last portion.
Cheers for 1 video my goldfish brain can spam to get used to the fights x)
this boss will then be totally impossible in a lfr grp.
too many things people have to keep an eye on, and people in lfr are not always the best raiders
Like the single video approach, but may I suggest splitting it up by wings as well. Make it a little easier to navigate when doing for the first time through LFR.
So how do you 'keep the stacks low' on Zskarn? What do you consider low? All the guides I have found say to swap at 5-6 searing, but that is not possible. The debuff lasts 20 seconds (refreshes on each application) so you can't taunt it when one tank has 5-6 stacks. Otherwise, when you get to 5-6 and they taunt off you, their debuff has not run out yet and now they are starting at 5-6 stacks immediately and it will just keep climbing.
For any tank swap in the game you usually find out the stacks by looking at your stack count when the other tanks debuff falls off. The guides recommending a stack count swap might be from ptr, so might be outdated. As long as you tank swap quickly after your stacks fall off thats all you need to do.
how to start this raid i cant seem to find in raid finder
What do you mean when you say "Give the boss energy"?
EGG YOLKS THIS IS SALAMI!
Is this for HC ?
WHERE IS HEROIC GUIDE I NEED IT, JUST GOT INTO PUG AND I DONT KNOW MECHANICS :DDDD
Just dont die, got it.
Does this include heroic or is it just normal guide?
I believe this covers everything and he specifies when it's not related to normal
@@Valshara_ He dident even specifie the adds on experiment that comes on HC, completly garbarge guide.
Endlos has more steps than the rest xP like all the time
all seemed pretty reasonable until Sarkareth which just sounds like waaaay too many mechanics and thinks to know about for normal
ok so just ran the whole raid on normal, actually all very manageable (we had a decent raid leader calling out mechanics tbf) until Sarkareth which was fine until 3rd phase which was very technical, everything else is v doable. We go again tomorrow!
big bronze balls 😆
Ive never seen such a meta sweat group
The ending is such a let down.
I feel like I literally need to keep a actual notebook, pause, and rewind each segment of the video to be able to take notes and write all of the thing down because it’s way too much.
Good luck, and have...?
Last two fights sound miserable
They look amazing. Amazing last two bosses in am amazing raid. Easily one of my favorite raids.
Overload on mechanics...thats another endboss i will never see as a pugger.
Log in 30 mins before raid, watched video, our guild got CE day one. Your video is top tier
Impressive stuff, which raid was that? World first race for Aberrus is still in progress as I type this...
So you learned the mythic raid from a video about the normal tactics? All before the world first kill? 😂
blizzard has made these last bosses too hard..
perhaps I don't want to try this...
You speak WAYY too fast during the Neltharion explanation. Like this isn't RapGod ...lol
Let me summarize Sarkareth…..
you will die
You are very jargon heavy and I didn't understand much
😂 this is just normal
Nice Video but you talk way to fast. For people from other Countreys this can get hard to understand.
Is it me or are these combat designs getting stale? Swirlies and cones to dodge or stack into, tankswap on x stacks, marks to run out of the raid with,...
Did they get rid of all the creatives? Are there only accountants left regurgitating more of the same in a different wrapping?
Its all "stand in place in certain amount of time or move out of the way and wait untill thing is resolved."
@@Herr_Brechmann I mean, you've basically just described how all raid mechanics work to an extent. They all basically boil down to "stand in the correct place at the correct time" because that's kind of how the genre works.
The difficulty isn't in the complexity of the mechanics, it's in getting 10-25 people to all execute them accurately while also dealing sufficient damage to the boss.
The 1 video format is not good imo.
you talk too fast. this is a lot of information. slow down
You can change playback settings on youtube to slow down the video, might help!
i dont like this format that much, its an information overload :/
wow sucks delete game n find something good to play ,FYI DONT WASTE MONEY
Do you have any hunter guides on wowhead or somewhere like talents etc?
jeez the final boss has more mechanics than all the other bosses combined.
for us well up in age, it might just be too much to overcome hehehehe
That seems to have been a common theme throughout this expansion. The last boss of each raid being a difficulty tier higher than the rest of the bosses in the raid.
Just look at how ridiculous HC Raszageth was before they nerfed it for example.
We decided to do just one video this time around, with live footage so its all 100% correct and accurate to how the fight works on live servers. Most of the time there are at least some changes from PTR to live, so ptr footage related guides almost always have at least one thing outdated or wrong - which was really annoying for us in the past. Let me know how you feel about this all in one format, and whether you want a heroic guide in the same kind of fashion. Thanks for watching!
