Kinda nice to see Evil win this one after they got completely crushed by Good while Neutral held up a lot better. Very close matchup at Level 3 which almost made the matchup into a much fairer 3-4.
I like this series it shows the quality of the units. Liches, ogres, beholders, hobgoblins, dread knights all acquitted themselves well here. Tier 6 was a massacre.
Maan, that level 3 was a real nailbiter! Level 4 was pretty close too. I just have to point out that, unless no units have the same speed as any unit from the opposing team, the attacker is in the advantage. Because it acts first when the speed is equal. For something like level 3 and level 4, maybe some extra matches with the attacker/defender swapped is also something that can be put on the table ;;) ? And the all time, uncontested medal for being the dumbest unit on the battlefield goes to.... the Ghost Dragons! Ok, maybe they did it for the show. Just to lower the morale of the others some more, seeing as even with multiple free hits, they still don't get close to winning.
Thanks for the comment. Agreed that having two battles with different starting player would be nice. I am a bit concerned whether the audience will be patient enough, though. As a solution I use RNG to determine the battle initiator :) About Ghost Dragons. Agreed. But I guess that is what you get when the unit does not have any brains left :)
@@qualityoldhomm-rd3yu Yeah, audience patience is always something to consider. You're the better judge at that. Damn zombies, eating all the available brains. Bad zombies, bad zombies!
Ghost Dragons were bosses. Rekt anything. Even without aging ONE time lol. Some rampart boy got eaten by them too many times, i guess, and now hes unhappy ;).
Lol at the tier 3 battle. That was great. Dragon flies just die too fast, Cerberi didnt do that much damage tho, which surprised me. The Wraiths did their job, but the Evil Eyes... they were hungry :D. The only thing funnier would have been when only some small amount of unit survives to the end and the regeneration of Wraiths would come to play, that would be epic xD
-1 morale is OP af, especially in SoD when -M artifacts are not avaliable. Back in those days the only way to farm 100% safe is ring of supression. Brainless youtube HOMM3 watchers understand this game as whoever hits heavier wins the game, which is exact the OPPOSITE of strategy games.
@@liweican5269 , agree. I like Ghost dragons because of morale decreasing since homm2. And in homm3 hota we now have lots of artifacts that decrease morale, also we have spell (which is earth magic, so you will have lvl4 anyway) that decrease morale even more... maybe to completely destroy leadership bonus XD. Good supporting unit in my opinion event aging skill is useful in long battles. And the main dammage unit is black riders and millions of skeletons.
In 1st battle sprites would win, you just don’t send them forward, skip first turn since they have the fastest speed of all lvl1 creatures. Plus enemies cannot retaliate. In small maps Conflux can win very fast.
Good one vid :) Tier 2 - Storm Elemtar are to op ;) At tier 1 Necro should have twice as much skeletons :P Tier 5 - no chacces. Elemtals are the weakes tier 5 units in game, rocks are far from bieng best, and gordonas are great tanks and killers of tier 7, but no so great against tier 5; when the faced necro and dungeon top tier 5 units. Tier 6 and Tier 7 was intresting but would be even more in real game :) no ai
You forgot to add neutral legendary monsters Rust Dragons, Azure Dragons, Faerie Dragons, Crystal Dragons, T-rex ( oh wait that one is from Kings bounty or is it in heroes 3 if I remember right?!
Thanks for the comment. T-Rexes are from King's Bounty :) Yea, the neutral included units from playable towns. But you are right that the dragons you mentioned could be considered as neutral.
Summary:
T1: G > N > E
T2: N > G > E
T3: G > E > N
T4: G > E, N > G, E > N
T5: E > N > G
T6: G > E > N
T7: G > E > N
Heck RNG at Tier 7😅
@@johnrockdwaynson7484 Yea. It seems that tier 7 got buffed quite drastically :D Thanks for the comment.
Thank You! Looks great :)
nahh, Tier3 was pretty close if u ask me

@@hungrymikepencetd5686 Then again the negative luck and morale activated quite often :) Thanks for the comment.

Agreed. The evil eyes had the eye for the big picture in the battle. :) Thanks for the comment.
Evil t1 and t2 units are so weak due to being treated badly by their superiors lol
Haha :D Well put. Thanks for the comment.
Poor old Harpies had to try and carry the other two.
Now i want like that with fabric and cove
Thanks for the suggestion. That is the plan at some point :)
13:30, when they say that ghost dragons are useless.
Yea, that is quite nice ability, though the probability is quite small :) Thanks for the comment.
@@qualityoldhomm-rd3yu two good abilities but chances are too low...

Morale and bad luck on t7 for neutral was just wicked bad they should’ve won that
True. That affected the results quite a bit :) Thanks for the comment.
Neutral could have easely won R3 and even R4 there were some very questionable decisions from neutral
Thanks for the comment. Agreed that the AI's decisions are not always the optimal ones. :)
But it was quite clever to use Elementals to attack Vampire Lords. Otherwise it would become much harder to get them killed.

True. I think I got fixed to the factions of AB and SoD :) Thanks for the comment.
And why the heck didnt the phoenexis rebirth? that never happens. out of 60 there was no rebirth

Kinda frustrating to watch xD
and find a none obstical map
