छत्तीसगढ़ के भिलाई के खुर्सीपार थाने क्षेत्र में एक युवक की ओर से 'हिंदुस्तान जिंदाबाद और पाकिस्तान मुर्दाबाद' के नारे लगाने पर पांच बदमाशों ने युवक की बेदर्दी और बेहरहमी से निर्मम हत्या कर दी। इतना ही नहीं प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों का कहना है कि हैवान आरोपियों ने युवक के शव पर जमकर नाचे। प्रदेश में ऐसी घटना अपराधियों के तालिबानी सोच और मानसिकता को बयां करती है। मामले में परिजनों और सिख समाज की ओर से थाने का घेराव और धरना प्रदर्शन किए जाने पर पुलिस ने एक नाबालिग सहित 5 पांच आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल और गृहमंत्री ताम्रध्वज के जिले में इस घटना ने प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था की पोल खुलकर रख दी है।
