We just bought on the beach in Melbourne Beach, found Vero stodgy, and overpriced and dull like old Palm Beach. Yes, richer but who cares anymore about showing off?? Now it's about the ocean and river access. Nothing but banks in Vero. Love Melbourne Beach. Young vibe keeps us young, watching surfers, watching Cape rockets go up, so many great restaurants. No more hirise condos allowed on the ocean and so many government land preserves and almost private but public beaches make it beautiful..still kind of a secret up here..
Vero and Melbourne suck. New Yorkers moving here will raise taxes through the roof. All prices have gone up from food to power bills. Many old people can't afford to live here anymore.
Blame Trump he is the one who pumped $6 Trillion into the economy causing inflation and allowing COVID-19 in not New Yorkers. Now Biden trying to fix it and you're blaming Biden lay the blame where it belongs Trump and those horrible billionaire tax cuts.

I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.
