Any of the Zelda games would make for a poor movie, video games dont really transfer over well, exhibit A the Assassins Creed movie, but if they did it as a Netflix or HBO show, that might work.

@@Shadowpack95 I think the problem with translating games into movies is that some adaptations fail to capture the spirit of the games and end up taking liberties with the source material.
If a movie based on The Legend of Zelda was to be made, then Nintendo needs to make sure that whichever studio is making it is able to stay true to the spirit of the games.
There is no experience like playing Zelda for the first time! Such a cherished memory to all who grew up with such a masterpiece game. Thank you for this!
i still vividly remember playing Ocarina of Time for the first time when i was 5. It was my first Zelda game and remains my favorite to this day due to nostalgia.

The way any version of the main theme makes me feel is incredible this piece is one of if not the best video game music of all time
I'm not sure how many people already know this, but if you right-click the play/pause button, there's an option to play the video on a loop. I figured, since L'Orchestra Cinématique (understandably) doesn't like people doing 1 and 10 hour versions of their music, it may be helpful to someone.

if the legend of zelda series ever has to end, then this better be the music during the final fight. 0:00 in the cutscene leading up to it, 1:12 during the fight, 3:42 to end in the cutscene immediately after, etc.

I love how the drums build subtly. Very nice touch.
...and out of nowhere, a distant shadow grand in length was seen over the fields of hyrule. Only one battle cry was heard from this green shadow, one long lasting "HIYAAAA !"

It feels like a cinematic fantastic video game version of Ocarina of time, joining logically all the Zelda timelines, but with the good old vibes of discovery back then at the 90's.

I first discovered zelda with the Link's awekening adventure ! The 1993 version. I was around 10 when I first played it
(I was born on 1994) and it changed my life.

I can literally picture the movie's introduction. At 1:01, I can hear a voice. "Legends tell of a hero. A princess and her knight. Together, they stopped evil. There was once a boy, one who lived among the kokiri. Then disaster struck. An evil man named Ganondorf killed the boy's mother. The boy was sent to live with the kokiri as the "Child of Destiny". He was sent on a noble quest to save Princess Zelda! Wielding the Master Sword, seven years later, a boy appeared as a young man. He slayed Ganondorf, regained the triforce of power, and was sent back to relive his childhood. Every time evil lurks, the hero returns with the princess to save Hyrule once again! The hero and princess will alwys find a way. With the triforce at his command, Ganondorf never gives up, but neither does.....the hero!"

Slowly moving through a valley, a bird passing the screen every once in a while as the music picks up. Then the camera follows a twist in the valley and reveals the Zelda logo as it floats into place. the camera moves past the logo and goes up into the sky as it looks over Hyrule. lastly as the music dies down, the camera moves to a flat part of a mountain where a man stands, overlooking it all. I do not need to tell you all who he is, you know him.

When I was younger I worked out a screenplay for a Zelda movie that had Link brought up in a dystopian Hyrule as a scrap gatherer along with his uncle who had fought in a great war that essentially razed Hyrule. It was based on thr NES Zelda in that he is out collecting junk and finds a map leading to the Eagle Shrine and has the courage to overcome the trials and is guided from there to the Master Sword and suddenly finds Hyrule is bigger than he thought and still very much at war with Ganon who was trapped years prior in the Dark World but is still wreaking havoc via a tear in both dimensions.

You know I thought of a scene that’s like the Portals scene from Endgame but using time travel is with the other Links from the rest of the timeline for a scene for Breath Of The Wild 2, the Endgame of the franchise. This would go perfectly with it.

Imagine a destroyed terrain, Demise who possesses Ganon's corpse has completely defeated Link, but Link is still trying to fight, Demise throws Link straight to the ground telling him that he is just as impressive as the others, but nothing more, and telling him to die already and not reincarnate again, and when he is about to give him the final blow, out of nowhere, a silver arrow separates Demise from Link, when Demise looks up to see where the arrow came from, he sees the silhouette of a young man, wearing green, long blond hair with a big fringe, combed to one side, holding a bow and with a cloak covering him, Demise demands to know who dared to separate him from his final victory, who was the other human who dared to stand up to him, the young man throws the bow away, walks slowly towards the battlefield,Stand's between Demise and Link and trow away his cloak and drawing his sword, Demise quickly realizes who the young man is when he notices the sword and the three triangular looking mark located on his left hand "I-impossible" Demise replies, at the same time he hears someone else draw a sword, this time he sees a young adult dressed in green, blond hair and two fringes combed on both sides, Demise didn't have time to be amazed, as multiple sounds of swords being drawn began to sound throughout the battlefield, from a man who could transform into a wolf and a teenager who could merge into the walls to a boy with a sword as shiny as the sun and a boy older than he looked... Demise was afraid, he was confused, what was going on? But Demise's thoughts were interrupted by a last sound of a swordsman drawing his sword, as the footsteps were heard the different links were moving to one side letting this mysterious swordsman pass, when he reached the front Demise saw him and immediately recognised him, The same green tunic, the same sword, the same mark, holding a hylian shield and wearing a striking red cloak, there he was, the hero chosen by hylia, the creator of the master sword, the first to finish everything, the hero of the Skies...
Not a word had to be said, the challenge was set, Demise replied; Do you think it matters how many of you bring? If there are so many lines where you win, there are just as many lines where I do! Demise exclaimed, raising his sword to the sky, summoning a series of lightning bolts and raising his most powerful minions in the land, moblins, bokoblins, stalfos, lizalfos, taluses, lynels, as well as old familiar faces like Molguera, Stalord, the twinroba and many more, Finally he launched a last shout: COME ON THERE CHOSEN HEROES, LET'S SEE HOW STRONG YOUR COURAGE IS , and as they all got into battle stance, protecting the link of that line, the final battle for hyrule, began...

Although I used to play the Nintendo DS games when I was small, I remember the first time I ever played a console game was on Zelda. Can't tell you which one it was cause honestly it was 9 years ago and I was 6 so I barely remember anything. But I remember how fun it was playing it. Then in 2017 I got my first Nintendo Switch along with Breath of the Wild. And I know there's some real ogs that can argue the older Zelda games are better than Breath of the Wild and I won't contest considerering i've only played a few "old" Legend of Zelda games. But one thing I can say is when I started Breath of the wild up, the music made and game itself made me feel nostalgic. I knew i already played a Zelda game before simply by playing Breath of the Wild. Now I'm more informed about the Zelda game series and I've watched gameplays on a couple of the older games so I can say for sure the Legend of Zelda is one of the best video game series, if not THE best Nintendo game ever created.
