The BEST of Lowriding 2022! Entirely filmed and edited by me, Skid Society.
2022 was another action packed year of Classic Car Culture, with back to back Lowrider Cruise Nights, Classic Car Shows and out of state adventures that took us to Las Vegas, Nevada. I filmed Lowriders Hopping, such as the 1963 Chevrolet Impala SS, but just about every other year of the Chevrolet Impala can be seen in this video. Lowrider Cars like the Oldsmobile Cutlass G Body were out in numbers, with some of the best hydraulic suspension setups of them all. There were also a lot of Cadillac Lowriders, such as the Fleetwood Brougham, 3 wheel motion and gas hopping! Another honorable mention goes to the Lowrider Mini Trucks, probably my personal favorite Lowriding subculture. The (mostly Japanese) classic trucks, also known as "bed dancers" always put on an amazing show! It was great to see many unique and interesting classic car builds and more, and I look forward to what lies ahead next year! Thank you all for the support!

I’m all about racing & off road but if you’re a gear head of any kind it’s impossible to not appreciate these builds. These cars are so beautiful and unique and I really love the unity you guys have. Everyone seems chill, lot of respect. Such a legit culture.

It's amazing when the chassis is up in the air and you can see all underneath the car because there are lights in the undercarriage. All the steering linkage and suspension are made of shiny chrome. The frame is super clean with little designs painted along the frame rails. Perfect in every detail without a speck of dirt anywhere.

Been a Lowrider lover for years, but here in Finland the scene is quite small, got to see one last summer at a cruise and was so pumped. I would love to turn my 91 Caprice into something that 3 wheels.

The cord you’re referring to is called a “quick disconnect” allowing the power to the hydraulics to be cut off for safety reasons.

The bounce seems so unnecessary to me, these older cars are so beautiful with the awesome paint jobs, led lighting, etc. Don't they damage the panels frequently? Definitely have ball joint problems...how long fo those last before they go out? Curious. My days of car shows in the 80s had gorgeous hand painted murals on hoods, doors, trunks, etc. I miss those shows, those cars wouldve been amazing with led lights added in.
