Well not always the report cause its not always done but they at least provide evidence or tell lawyers what story they have so they can argue the case. She refused to provide anything.
If they follow legal guidelines.
Because exactly like Ramee said what the fuck is the point of having lawyers on the server if this is how they're going to be? What is he supposed to do in this situation just say "Nuh uh my client didn't do nuthin" ...

Croc at the end of 3.0 was also great. He was driving the cops crazy by sitting outside PD and yelling at every crim to call a lawyer.
I mean, he has a point. Wtf is he supposed to do if he can't see the evidence? The officers could literally refuse every thing and charge his client regardless... Without a trial, what is even the purpose of a lawyer? Seems like the cop was power tripping, tbh. She knew she held all the cards, so she was getting smug. I can see why Ramee snapped...
The PD is just frustrating to watch at this point. All the RP gets steamrolled, DAPs and punishments are completely inconsistent, and the people at the top have no leadership skills.
I have no clue what the actual server rules are but thats exactly how it works. Police are not required to give them evidence or reports or anything while the dude is in a holding cell. Lawyers show up to be present during questioning and provide legal counsel of the potential outcome of those charges. Its not the time to try to negotiate charges at the station. Most cops on NP do it just to avoid wasting hours in court because its boring. If she doesn't want to, then so be it. No need in people crying about it. Once they decide if they want to go to court then the cop should give them the evidence and a copy of the report. Not give it to them and decide based off if they think they can win or lose.
@@BlueMax717that’s very true but then what is the point of a lawyer in server? The pd have all these sop’s and rules about can’t knock time off if it’s a violent felony it can’t be knocked down to a misdemeanor etc. it makes no sense to call a lawyer if you get arrested for a felony except to bring it to court where you’ll inevitably waste a bunch of your time standing in a courthouse for the pro pd judge to rule against you. It’s kinda un-streamer friendly honesty
@@BlueMax717 That's a waste of everyone's time.. If they can get the evidence by going to trial, and then they can still decide whether to go to court or make a deal based off of that if they think they can win or lose.
Why waste everyone's time and create hostilities when they CAN be forced to hand over the evidence? Why would anyone not call for an instant bench trial just to see what their client is facing?

@@ethanhodges4283 It is more of a waste of time to go to bench trial for every little thing because you HAVE to go to bench trial to see the evidence. Bench trials take 3-4 times as long as any of the negotiations that Ramee has done. It allows the police to get back to doing what they should be doing and it allows the person charged to get back to actually doing something. This incident could have been solved in half to two thirds of the time that it took if she had just given the report.

To say they are the best RPers is an overstatement. They are insanely good RPers for sure but there's also many more RPers as well that are just in a different type of category of RP like Buddha, Nidas(Leslie Lingberg etc), Ssaab, 4Head, Blau(Mickey) and DasMehdi(Brian/Tugz).

Best part about it, is that ramee does not refrain from doing gang shit, bro got balls, if i had a lawyer arc as successful as he does, i’d be scared shitless of losing it, but you tune in to ramee’s stream and one minutes he’s at MRPD arguing with cops, and the next he’s stabbing people and is in a chase, fucking gigachad shit
CG always was EXTREMELY competent, they barely get caught (% wise) ever. They have a lot of friends who will pick them up when they need help, solid plans and execution. They are confident, because they are competent. I'm like you, I'd not have the balls to do it, unless I didn't really care about my lawyer RP, but I've seen their clips from different servers wiping out PD/gangs/getting away from impossible chases. I'm mostly an xQc viewer, but CG is S tier in both performance and roleplay.

They're already trying to get rid of him by removing his bar license so I doubt he'll be a lawyer much longer sadly. Gotta eliminate the good ones that make the PD look bad naturally. He's regularly catching the PD slipping.
That's the whole thing the other lawyers all get given respect cus most of them are w.e , but since Ramee has a history as a hardened criminal and is now taking potshots at the PD any time he catches them slipping they can't handle it
Cornwood took pd equipment off him yesterday but didn't charge so he could keep his bar license.
He shouldn't have one with the amount of illegal stuff hes involved with.

I cannot believe I’m saying this but Ramee as a lawyer is what the PD Needs. If he cannot be high command or in charge of it this is the next best thing because he will make the OD so much smoother and more enjoyable in one way or another as long as he doesn’t;t face to much resistance

Koil this PD is so trash that Ramee is needed as the thorn in their side to pull them up on their BS! But seriously someone needs to do something because less cops are logging on everyday as the captains have completely tanked the morale within the PD.
Not really I just heard one of the cops say the other day that a lot are leaving because the numbers game is so 1 sided. There's more crims on some jobs then cops on duty because they wanted to start the PD pretty small. So they cant keep up with the number of calls and then people get frustrated when cops arent around when they get robbed and some crims like Dundee get mad when cops dont chase because thats their fun. So they are taking it on both ends because they are trying to make sure PD doesnt get like 3.0.
@@mikephillips1043 Leaving cause the numbers game is one sided is such a weak argument/mentality tho. Crims had to endure it the whole time in 3.0, so Cops can endure it for few months too till they get their numbers up. Crims can get their criminal organizations up and running and once PD catches up(which they will) we will have some cool RP out of it. It's better to take time with the hiring process and try to hire only the decent/good cops rather then go for quantity over quality, it will be more benefitial down the line.
@@petrsobotka5528 if you watch pd streams ( not cornwood ), what do you see? Most of the officers standing around and doing reports for every shit. Half of the time there are more Cops in the PD than on the streets. No wonder many stop playing cop on a daily bases and like doing other charakters.
@@petrsobotka5528 oh Im with you and many crims currently like majority of the cops and have only had good experiences because this tactic. But it can be stressful as someone who just wants to RP to then have 0 back up and have to deal with civs upset they got robbed and cops didn't show up then have crims acreaming when they get caught and then their own bosses striking them for stuff that's borderline and they have to worry about being fired. It's supposed to be fun not an actual stressful job. And people complain about streamers doing an hour in jail meanwhile the cop has like an hour of paperwork. At least the crim can talk to chat, eat, or watch clips the cop has tedious paperwork ya know. I only watch 1 cop these days but when you see them like actually catch someone these days they just want to have a little banter send them so they can do the report and go out but then maybe they call ramee and that takes like another 30min to an hour of listening to ramee yell at them (and sometimes its hilarious) then they still have to send them and do the report. So it should have been open and shut that cop might have spent 3hrs on a reckless arrest ya know? People just always see a cop and say cop bad unless they do something to let their streamer off then they think thats a good cop instead of seeing it as yeah my streamer got caught for breaking the law that's kinda the consequences.
