Aaron Judge is the best baseball player to ever live.
Not only is Judge the best player in baseball, I really feel the gap is widening between himself and the rest of the league. He's simply on another level.
As a Yankees fan, Ohtani is still better. Unless Judge starts pitching, Ohtani will just be in a tier on his own. Judge rn is looking like the best player, but only because Ohtani isn't pitching this year.
I also think Mookie is having another all-time season. But yeah, Judge getting hot while most of the other top 5-10 players are cooling off is a fun sign

Judge is on pace for 58 HRs. If he stays hot like this for another week, he will once again be in 62 HR territory....

@@elbori4365 Judge is currently peaking and still hitting better and better. He won't start regressing until 2026 at the earliest, meaning he will be an all star level player through 2029 at the minimum.

I am with you all the way, and I am a HUGE fan of Judge and the Yankees, but I do not see him winning a batting title, I am just trying to be realistic.

@@garymorris1856 Depends... he's definitely capable of doing it. He was close to winning the triple crown the year he broke the AL HR record too. I don't think he'll continue playing at this rate all season but if he racks up enough hits while he's over .300, when he slows down, his BA won't go down much. He also snaps out of slumps relatively quick so anything is possible.
He's batting over .400 I believe since beginning of May!

I know Stanton has had a hit and miss tenure as a Yankee, but I've always appreciated him. It's nice that he's setting some Yankee records with Judge. 27 probably won't be retired, but those records will stand :)
Yea but he might go into the hall as a yankee if he gets to 500 bc he hit 267 with the marlins if im not mistaken so if he gets a ws and idk 100 more home runs over this year and the next 3 with the Yankees it’s possible tho that is asking a lot of him and the whole team

He's pitching great right now but he's still coming off TJS so we don't know if he will require an innings limit this season. Majority of pitchers do need to be limited in their first season back to avoid aggravating the injury again.

Volpe, Soto, Judge....one of the best lineups to ever start a game. Next thing you know, you're down a run(s) right off the bat.

I love this channel! Best highlight reel. Not like MLB whose editor must be on a permanent 4 day binder with the number of jump cuts. Whoever it is edits out the hits and runs because who wants to see action when a fuzzy shot of the left side of a players butt cheek is more interesting. Great job and keep it up my brother.

I am very impressed that the Yankees go into to KC and hold them to three runs in two games.
Wells' home run was high as heck. Everyone thought it would be sacrificed out. Judge and Big G were just hammering the nails in the coughing at that point. Still is nice that both of them are hitting dingers.
The Captain!!! was hard for me to say it for so long (#2) but has earned that title!
And we have been doing it without Cole & The Martian among others injured recently or recovering.. our farm system is developing some good prospects like Jones, Warren & Rice…

This season is kinda nuts in a few ways. It feels like the Yankees have just been absolutely lights out, and yet in the loss column, they're behind Philly, only 1 ahead of Baltimore, and only 2 ahead of Cleveland. It's like a season of the haves and have nots; the haves have kinda left the rest way behind
I know us Yankee fans except the best from our players but, for judge he has been delivering since the Yankees have given him that big contract. Also I know a lot of people that have media channels on UA-cam have been talking shit about Stanton but, he definitely has been doing a lot better this year than most and he is still a threat in the lineup. He has his ups and downs but, when he’s up at the plate atleast there’s still hope with him. I know we want another World Series title but, this year has been a lot better than usually. Hopefully this team can get another World Series cause us Yankee fans are wanting another tally on the board. LETS GO YANKEES!!!

I think he gets overshadowed by Soto and Judge but Anthony Volpe has quietly been great this season, dude has speed and is always on base getting driven in by the stars behind him, exactly what you want in a leadoff guy

The NYY are playing to perfection. Baseball 101 at its best. There is no other team like them. To the supposed NYY fan thinking Ohtani is better, HA! Judge got paid to do a job and he is doing it! Your guy, paying a lot for sushi in LA, nothing more.
After the Wells homer you could hear the crowd getting a little upset -- things were not going to get better from there! Everyone's going on about Judge and that's perfectly understandable, but quite of few Yanks are in fine hitting form. And then we come back to Judge as he's pumping out a continuous stream of 400 foot plus homers. If the Yanks can avoid an extended slump they should be fine for October.

They are both still better than Joey Gallo ever was in pinstripes. Torres was one of the most productive players on the team last year. And Rizzo will bounce back, everybody goes through slumps. They can't all be on fire at the same time. Look how good Judge has been, Soto and Volpe are killing it as well. I can't even remember the last time the pitching was this consistently good.

Could be because at the moment his OBP, SLG, OPS are a little higher. Still a lot more games to go, but damn he's on an absolute tear.
