    Incorporating animal movements into our exercise routine enhances suppleness and mobility by engaging multiple muscle groups in functional movements. These movements promote joint mobility, core strength, balance, and coordination while fostering a stronger mind-body connection. Their dynamic nature encourages a wide range of motion, improving overall flexibility and preventing stiffness, leading to a more comprehensive approach to fitness.

      I NEED YOUR HELP!!!Hey Strenght side I have a BIG question I'm looking for answers to and i would appreciate your response...
      FOR CONTEXT I am a 15 year old male whos been training for a while and even b4 i started training i realised I had scapular winging( I gave watched your video on it and i will try to improve it) my main concern is that I have no injury that I can remeber that caused this. The only pain I can feel is when I reach my hand behing my back which means that I have inflexible external rotation and my scapula does pull out all the time. I JUST NEED TO KNOW IS MY CONDITION NORMAL AND CAN BE FIXED VIA YOUR METHODS OR IS IT SOMETHING UNIQUE I DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT???

      My favorite is ape roll, but most ridiculous and brilliant in imitation is lizard !

      My favourite animal movement is that of man, not an animal.
      Man has his spine as his centre, an animal has its spine as its back.

    I love this! In the warmer months my daughter and I will call out animals during our walks and we have to move down the road how that animal moves until we call a new animal out. There are some fun new creature movements for us to explore in this video! I feel absolutely silly doing them but it’s so much fun to not care and just do it for the healthy of it. Thank you!!

    Hey josh! I am an obese person(120kg/265lbs) and I am able to do most of these animal movements except for the rolls(hurts my muscle whenever I do it) and single hand hangs.
    Please tell me how can I progress to the rolls and single handed hangs.
    Should I wait till I lose weight or is there a way to incorporate certain baby steps in my routine

    I love doing these kind of movements, I don't do it too often tho, but I got a question, can you build muscle, get good results just by doing these alone? I mean comparing these and a normal workout at the gym, sometimes I feel doing these animal movements are more exhausting and the muscles hurt after, but nobody talks about them for some reason

    • @HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAaaAaA
      @HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAaaAaA 2 місяці тому

      if its harmful for you, then that means that its something you need to work on, right? lets say you can't do push-ups because it hurts your arms. you wouldn't say that push-ups are dangerous and useless then, would you? so its pretty much just an area you need to improve on. those two movements are just fine for me, i would say you need to start out with the easier ones beforehand, just like you would with anything else.
