Wait, really? Not to turn this into a Lore discussion, but I don't remember Vaernima having connections to music at all, let alone creating it. Where'd you find this?

So, I see where the confusion comes from; in 16 Accords of Madness, there is a 'competition' between Vaernima and Sheogorath, wherein they compete to make a man (a painter named Darius Shano) utterly hated. While Sheogorath ultimately wins the bet, showing Vaernima the importance of madness in nightmares, she does use her dream-powers to inspire the painter's artwork. However! The supposed origin of music (at least according to the Madgod's people themselves, so take with a grain of salt) comes from Sheogorath witnessing a woman contemplating birdsong. Sheo, being Sheo, decides to allow mortals to make their own songs, by basically ripping this poor woman apart and using her various body parts to create music. As usual with ES lore, it's open to interpretation, though I can't find anything linking Vaernima to the creation of music,

When you think about it, Sheogorath is the daedric prince of madness, you don't know what's going on in his mind. So this could be legit from Sheogorath himself flexin on the hero of Kvatch cuz' he not rockin that Gucci.

The Hero of Kvatch IS Sheogorath, Daedric Prince of Madness (Shivering Isles DLC)
The Hero of Kvatch or Champion Of Cyrodiil, is not this Sheogorath. This Sheogorath is the one that "hires" the COC to fix his problem, after Sheogorath becomes Jyggalag, then the COC becomes Sheogorath, therefore Sheogorath of Skyrim is the Hero of Kvatch.
Canonically, this is our Oblivion character singing this
Nah, this is Jyggalag singing it when he was Sheogorath; The HoK didnt become Sheo until after the Greymarch (And is the Sheogorath IN Skyrim ;))

@@diasavia246 the reason I pointed it out was because the person singing it is pictured killing jyggalag, the only person who defeated jyggalag was the hero of kvatch so the person singing must be your character from oblivion
Course it could just be sheo throwing shade but I think the understanding that the hero is bragging about killing the prince of order is more entertaining
