drag coefficient , consists of 2 components: the cdf , due to friction and viscous phenomena and cdp (the one you are referring to) , which is the drag caused by the shape of the airfoil (it exists and in non viscous flows)

There's a command in XFOIL called CPWR with allows you to write your x vs Cp values to a file
