For the Rotating Cylinder I had said that the Velocity Magnitude plot is zero. After closer inspection, the first rotating cylinder is showing 10 m/s while the second is showing 20 m/s.

There's a command in XFOIL called CPWR with allows you to write your x vs Cp values to a file
