Moving to Vandalia Ohio - pros and cons

This year rent and housing in Vandalia and the Dayton area has almost doubled!

Missed some important pros: 1) easy access to hiking and the great outdoors. Taylorsville, Englewood, and Charleston Falls Parks are next door. 2) Airshow viewing. Nothing like having a BBQ on a nice summer day and watching the Blue Angels or Thunderbirds fly over. 3) Considering Vandalia’s size, the Parks & Rec Department is pretty good. Vandalia has 2 community pools, 12 parks and a golf course.
