Thank you DEAR DANIEL for your guidance. Please continue to teach us as I KNOW without any “ DOUBT” that this is the way to health… Body… MIND… Soul!!!! If I mentioned ALL the symptoms I have experienced in these years on my healing journey, you ( or any doctor that DOES NOT understand this! )would think I should be hospitalized for the rest of my life and take loads of meds. NEITHER is truth as I am a very FIT 71 year old woman! My path was about trauma…crisis, multiple stressors that I couldn’t deal with over years and years and years. Then… the body said NO, you MUST change now.l from the inside out. I continue to learn from you and practice release in the biggest way. I get some…. Well, small ones🤔🤔, and know there is always more to do and learn. It is not EASY work and I can still get triggered( dizzy, pots.. and much more) easy. But I continue to learn. THANK YOU, TRULY🙏🙏
Beautiful!!! Within the last few years, I went to 2 different Rheumatologists who both stated that I have Sjogren's Disease. Well, I don't have dry eyes according to my Opthalmologist, and according to my new Internist, she doesn't see me having dry mouth either. So what do I have left of my MECFS????!!!??????!!!! Fatigue....not all the time, but mostly when I am working at my new job. Lots of standing and handling lots of large products in a store. I did try taking Low Dose Naltrexone, but that didn't work. I am back to taking HRG80 Ginseng. Perfect....helps a lot. I do agree to get rid of the "labels.". Some of the symptoms are indeed limbic in origin, but there are still some symptoms that still need to be given attention to..... after a while, I will not need the Ginseng. Even Dr. Fauci declared a few years ago that Long COVID and MECFS are the same thing. Thank you for all that you do, Daniel. May God bless you and your family. Miss Monique 🙂🙏🌷💗
How to process it and release that emotion? I know that you're right. When I am truly happy here and now, my symptoms disappear. But it comes back more or less seriously and I never know how to stop nor when it will end.
Amazing that you've had this experience! In the end it is all about feeling it through. We have lots of different tools for that in order to help the process in the beginning, it can sound complicated, but it is just feeling in the end. Emotions end when they have been felt through.
His name is Badu, he has been in several videos by now. I am not sure which ones anymore. Lately he was even stealing the show in one of our group sessions.
With the mind body stuff, where does anxiety play in this, because mine is severe, it was my first symptoms of covid, got better, now its back, i have cfs, pain as well, but this anxiety has been horrible, can you help me understand? I appreciate, thinking of joining your program, but that part confused me
@@michelefrench4090 anxiety is a deep fear and resistance against certain frightening emotion. Once you have released the emotion, the anxiety dissipates. Where do you feel your anxiety?
Is it always the case that symptom’s immediately improve with you process the emotions? I’m currently working with a coach to heal fatigue and other symptoms and so far even after having extremely intense, cathartic release of emotions I don’t seem to get immediate relief. I might feel a little bit better for a day and then my symptoms may get worse… at the moment I’m suffering with some sort of flu which I believe to be an emotional detox symptom after releasing a lot of anger/rage from my system
@@evevevevo yes there are of course many layers of emotions. But after every full release, you should feel better temporarily. Eventually you will teach your brain that mindbody symptoms no longer work for you and they shift or disappear for good

@releasecfs honestly all over, some days are better, but all over, trying so hard to understand this stuff
