It's sad, if they're not passionate about their work, they shouldn't work there. The best workers are by far the most passionate, they're rewarded for going the extra mile, not because they have to, but because they WANT to. If these strikers hate it so much, change the system by QUITTING. If Providence is so bad, which it is, it's awful, why unionize to make it an aspirational standard instead of quitting and letting it crumble like the poor service that it is
Because pretty much every hospital/health system in the US is plagued by the same bad policies as Providence, to varying degrees. The system will not change unless we fight for change. The fact that these nurses are fighting for better and safer conditions for patients and staff shows that they are passionate about what they do!
Providence has had 15 months to bargain in good faith with ONA and have chosen to not do so. Providence could have prevented this strike. Don’t believe all the lies Providence is spreading in the media. Please support your nurses and doctors! We would rather be at the bedside safely taking care of our patients!!
Stand with nurses and doctors because a healthcare CEO or administrator won't save your life when you're sick--just the opposite
Right, he’ll just run the hospital and keep it open and functional, which by no means saves lives.🙄
Nurses and doctors suck in this country and accept no responsibility for misdiagnosed and mistreated patients
THE HEALTH CARE STAFFING IS SICK AND TIRED OF THE LOW WAGES AND LONG HOURS

Nurses are overpaid as it is@@ionebae9157
@kianhrenakhow dumb are nurses? I know for a fact the field is filled with low iq party girls
How scary to be a patient there
Haven’t they had like 5 strikes within the last year
Are the rest of them at home? This doesn’t look like a lot of people.
They all sign up for shifts so they don't all have to go out all the time. Plus it's across many different facilities not just the one
“Replacement nurses”? The correct title is scab - Providence is replacing hardworking nurses with scabs
Lmao hardworking u can't be serious
