I'm now married and moved almost 10 hours away from home. My mom truly is my best friend and I just came across this song and I can't stop crying. I miss my momma more than anything in this world but I am eternally grateful for everything she's done for me and can't wait to see her again.
My mom is paralyzed and can no longer talk . I use to take care of her in highschool feed her, watch her, put her to bed but now she moved to arizona so my grandma cn take care of her . And she wont be able to come to my graduation this year. It makes me feel sad like I dont have a mother or one tht cn tell me she loves me. I miss her so much.

This never fails to make me cry. I'm 19 now, my mum passed away 3 years ago but it feels like I've lost her just yesterday. They say time heals everything but it hasn't healed me the slightest, in fact I've been battling with depression ever since. Everytime I sleep, I think about how she'd used to sit by my bed and caress my hair as a kid and sing "eternal flame" by the bangles. I was bullied as a child and my mum was my hero, my saviour, my only source of comfort. She'd rock me in her arms and sing lullabies. I remember it so vividly, I just want to hug her back and tell her how much I love her. I miss her voice, her warmth, her smile, her touch, EVERYTHING about her. I don't know how or when I'd ever overcome this trauma. Luckily, beautiful music like this gives me a ray of hope. I am able to transport back in time and relive my memories just for a bit. I know she's smiling down at me and protecting me. I've been listening to your songs for the past few months when I'm down and I'm instantly cheered up. Never stop making music please!!

I am sorry mom you have your illness. You aren't the same.. I remember when I was in my bad habits you helped me leave them and where always there. You never left my side. I am growing up fast you know, I am nearly taller than you and dad. I wish you didn't have the rare thing.. I forgot what its called, I guess that's normal. Its very rare.
You keep trying to loose weight because the doctors keep telling you that, but it won't help. The doctors are not knowing what to do.. You are always trying to find a doctor to help or to do something but no one is helping. Not even trying..

I can’t listen to this song without crying my mother passed away January 2 2018 at 4:30 my whole world stopped (that is the time I found out she passed) I felt nothing I didn’t believe it I wanted to go run to the hospital to see her cause my mother is the strongest person I know in the world a month later we had the funeral I was so empty i couldn’t breath I just wanted to see my mom again that’s all I cared about was seeing her hear her voice and hug her one last time the last time I heard from her was on Christmas 2017 I was lost that Christmas because my mom wasn’t there yes she was alive but she was in the hospital so she wasn’t home and I couldn’t go visit her that day because I was sick my mother really couldn’t talk so I never heard her say I love you one last time that’s all I want momma please come back I’m lost without you

Today the sweetest thing happened idk. My mother and I were walking into a family dollar. This random man opened the door for us and moved his hand to a motion. Which in modern days was so nice already. Then, he told my mom "Happy Mother's Day" and smiled big at her. It is crazy to think their are still kind people in this world. Where I live it is ghetto and so many people are rude. It just made me smile. ANYWAY HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO EVERY BEAUTIFUL MOM OUT THERE Or anybody taking the place of a mom.💘
