Noah was not supposed to get eaten by a whale and that his story is about helping God get all the land animals in pairs (1 boy and 1 girl) so that after 40 days of rain, the animals of each species can repopulate the earth.

If Noah gets eaten by a whale, we might not have a single animal on earth right now because they were not on the ark and that they would've been washed away from the super heavy rain that lasts 40 days. Then, I couldn’t believe it … but they forced Noah to walk the plank while the other animals just watched. They were also shouting something at him … but I couldn’t quite make out the words. Finally, splash, and that was that.
